"Our annual ski trip took us to Park City this year to two great houses owned by some very down-to earth owners, Steve and JoBeth. Our group of 10 was looking for 2 houses located near the ski lift that could accommodate beds for each of us. To my surprise we came across these houses that totally exceeded my expectations. The houses are literally on the Quit'n Time run that allows you to ski down to town lift and up to the backdoor when you are done. They also are steps away from all the great restaurants on Main street. The rooms are great and the beds are all very comfortable."Guest: Brian B. "Who would’ve known girl scouts would love Park City so much. I took the scouts for the weekend and they loved. It was a cute little house and was very cozy. The girls loved taking the Main Street Trolley that was very close by! It was a tight squeeze to fit everybody but we enjoyed being so close it brought the scouts closer together. It was beautiful inside and outside the house! I would definitely recommend this house to a friend!"Guest: Will F. Date of Stay: April 2012 Review Submitted: June 6, 2012View listing
"Twenty-six of us descended on The Grand Love Shack mid-August for our 5-night family reunion. Our ages ranged from 19 to 87, and we hailed from the Pacific Northwest, the West and East coasts, and the Southwest. We've had a number of previous reunions elsewhere in the country; without question the Grand Love Shack in Park City is our favorite. The owner and property manager were wonderful to work with, very accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable about the area and its history. The home was impeccably clean, and beautifully maintained. Although the kitchen is somewhat smaller than it appears in photographs, it was extremely well-equipped and highly functional. We fed everyone every night with no problems. And the two side-by-side dishwashers made clean-up a breeze. En suite bedrooms, named for Park City historical figures, were comfortable and pretty. Although each room had window air conditioners, we didn't turn them on. Nights were cool with lovely breezes. We spent a lot of time on the side porch, enjoying wine and appetizers in the evening, or coffee in the morning. My favorite spot was the front porch in the late afternoon...reading a book after a day of hiking, looking at the lovely mountains surrounding the property. Getting down to Main Street for lunch or the town's many summertime events took only 5-10 minutes via a staircase directly across the street from the property. We mountain biked, hiked, rode the lifts for scenic views, went to the Egyptian Theater for a Neil Simon festival, and attended a riveting aerial ski and snowboard demonstration at Olympic Park. We hope to be back for our next reunion, and without hesitation recommend this very special rental. Thank you Jeff."Guest: CRR Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 22, 2014View listing
