"Steps from bus to all three resorts; one block from PCMR town lift and equipment rentals; on Park Street so very quiet; steps away from Main street for dining, shopping and browsing fun; close enough to the outside hot tub that you just wrap a towel around you even in 9 degrees Fahrenheit; indoor hot tub and sauna as well as washer dryer and showers in basement of same building; 38 minutes from SLC airport. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed - we don't usually find that in condo rentals. Down bedding in both bedrooms. There is an 8 inch shower head - also not customary in many condo rentals. Living room furniture is leather and very comfy. There is a ski hanger right when you enter the condo and a bench to sit down to take your boots off (again - not something you find in every rental). It was also nice to have a front desk to check bags and take advantage of half day skiing on either the day you arrive or the day you leave. Brenda was very responsive before and during our stay!"

  • LOCATION!

"I attend a trade show in Salt Lake City every January and was able to extend my time to fit in some skiing! This was a perfect 2-couple spot for my husband, sister-in-law, & her boyfriend. We are location snobs. This place was the perfect location and set up. Walked everywhere but the grocery store. (we rented a car for a very reasonable price) Even though this location is a condo, it feels private & secluded since there is only 1 condo entrance on each floor. The entire property is on a hillside, so you actually enter from the top story and walk down 2 flights of stairs for the condo entrance. To ski in/out: walk up to the street and walk across the street. Go up 2 flights of stairs. Ski to the bottom of Town Lift! Walk to Main Street--maybe 200-300 yards? Able to walk to ski rentals on Main. The main bus stop and a liquor store are just off Main Street too. If you plan to eat out every meal or get your groceries delivered, you could bus in from SLC and not rent a car. Clean, well appointed kitchen and bathroom. We had fun sharing our ski pictures/videos on the AppleTV. Took advantage of that great hot tub too! Quality sofas and beds. Solid fireplace. My only halfway complaint is that the exterior bedroom is drafty, but there are plenty of blankets. Chatted with Simon when we ran into him in the parking lot. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Park City."

  • Nice clean house in great location

"This house is perfect, ski in ski out access to park city mountain, and after a long day on the slopes you can walk to town for dinner and drinks. What else can you ask for? Oh yeah there's a hot tub and the owner will stock the kitchen for you if you send the grocery list ahead of time. And the owner himself is very charming, he will tell you all the secret spots on the mountain."
