  • Great spot for in-town fun

"The location of this property really is ideal. It's walking distance to all Main St. has to offer, but on a quiet dead street. Not having to drive is always a plus in Park City, because parking is limited and expensive, and there is always tons of traffic in the tourist seasons. Considering how many people it sleeps, and the location, this place was such a good deal. We had a great time on our girl's weekend, but it would also be perfect for any group that doesn't want to deal with driving in downtown Park City."

  • Thanksgiving family reunion

"Our scattered, 3 generation family of 12, including 4 kids from 13 mos. to 9 yrs., spent the Thanksgiving holiday here. The set-up could not have been better. Our children/spouses enjoyed having their own space and en suite bathrooms, and putting the baby and his parents in the master worked out great (more room for the Pak 'n Play) and a little distance from crying. The top floor living room was also perfect for early risers to have coffee and visit without disturbing the others. We cooked the whole traditional T-Day feast with all the trimmings in that kitchen and it worked out just fine. The location is wonderful. We went tubing at Gargoza's and had a blast. The house was very clean and really well supplied with plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, cookware, etc., although I did bring many speciality items I knew I'd need and could not chance being without. They even supplied a high chair! Lots of stairs in this multi-level home, so not for someone with mobility issues. But, it was just great for us. The owner was easy to work with and very accommodating about early check in on arrival and a little extra time to get organized and out the last day."

  • Cozy two bedroom with a great location!

"I stayed here at spring time and found it a great little spot, close to everything downtown. I was able to park my rental car at the beginning of my stay and didn't have to get back in until I had to go to the airport. The place had a nice deck where we could enjoy a drink, good amenities inside and again - a great location. It may be prudent to clarify check out times on the provided directions, but there were no problems! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

  • Very nice home; highly recommended.

"Very spacious - there were 8 of us, and we could probably fit two+ more people without noticeable discomfort. Spectacular views, very solid and attractive modern construction. The Old Town is within 2 minute drive/10 minutes walk. Needless to say - the house is fully stocked with sufficient dinnerware, stemware, silverware, and other -ware for everyday living. On our days of eating in our cooks were not wanting in any utensils/pots/pans needed for cooking. Furniture is abundant, smartly placed, comfortable. On the first day there was a minor issue with the fireplace, which was promptly and efficiently resolved within less than 12 hours. Of course, nothing is ever perfect, so I can find peeves if one looks hard enough. On balance, though - for the right price this is a superb rental for a group of 8+. Some hopefully useful pointers: please seriously consider having a 4x4 vehicle, as getting to the property involves driving up and down the streets in places somewhat steep. Any insignificant amount of snow on the ground, and getting there in a regular drive car would be a challenge. We tried to mostly ski Deer Valley, so have not used the proximity to PCMR; so can't comment on the "walk-to slopes" feature. TV in the family room has HDMI input, WiFi appears to be ISDN, so maybe somewhat slower than what we are used to, although more than adequate for 99% of possible vacation needs like browsing and emails."
