  • Beautiful Home, Great Location

"Our family (6 adults, 2 toddlers) stayed in the Blue House over Christmas and New Years. We had an absolutely lovely stay. The house is in the most perfect location - one block behind the best part of Main Street, two blocks from the ski shuttles, easy walk to the bus/shuttle hub. Although houses are close together, the house is designed for maximum natural light as well as maximum privacy. Also, despite being lower, there is a nice view of the surrounding mountains from living room and dining room. Some things we loved: 1.) radiant floor heating - kept us warm without all the dry air and noise. (They also have a built-in humidifier). Although the home design is modern and clean, the radiant heating is cozy. Your feet will never be cold. 2.) Well-equipped kitchen. Extremely well organized, and even has all the basics - paper products, baggies, flour, sugar, tupperware, travel mugs, etc. 3.) Hot Tub! 4.) Good use of space. Although the house is not large, the natural light and excellent design maximized every corner. Especially appreciated was the large laundry room. We used all five bedrooms and bathrooms and everyone was very comfortable. 5.) Amenities. The owners stocked all the bathrooms with essentials - great for the person that inevitably forgets something. Nice bedding, towels and bathrobes as well. 6.) Pack-n-play. So nice to have when traveling with little ones. 7.) Garage/boot warmers. Great for getting the gear on/off. We parked in the driveway so had lots of room for gear. 8.) Welcoming and kind owners. They were there to greet us and show us around and were available if we needed anything (but because everything in the home is in good working order, we never had to call!). We would stay here again and hope to return. We recommend this property to families, groups, couples. Another recommendation: Black Tie Ski Rentals. Delivered and picked up skis/boots/helmets right to the door at an appointed time. We didn't even have to leave the house and the cost is comparable."

  • Prime location

"My husband and I spent about 5 days here and absolutely loved it! The house is in scenic and quiet location, while at the same time isn't far from excellent shopping and eating opportunities. It's very spacious and welcoming, has comfortable beds and couches, big bathrooms, and includes all amenities you can think of or need. We would highly recommend this house to anyone seeking a stay in Park City! You won't regret it!"

  • Wonderful home and great location

"For our recent business trip to Park City for Sundance, this home was our sanctuary. Not only is it charming, clean, and well-appointed, the location is perfect for visitors to the film festival...and just up the street enough to be away from the masses, but close enough to walk to everything. I'm so glad we stayed here! Can't wait to return. Thanks to Carol for being a joy to work with, too."

  • Great just off Main Street location.

"We were a family of 6 and had a great time in PC and the house. The house was exactly as it is described and made for a great place to stay. The street was quiet and the hot tub was a great way to finish a long day of skiing. As for a bit more description on the location and how it is to ski in ski out and get around town. The house is two blocks up hill from Main Street so you don't have to live in the busy area of Main Street but you do have a pretty steep walk up hill from most places. If you are bringing your own equipment for skiing, this is a good spot for ski in ski out but there is a walk to access the slopes. It is not out the back door. Just down the street on Woodside and up some stairs to get started. The way home is via quit tin' time run. It is a blue run but could be trouble if the conditions are not good. All in all, a great spot with a nice balance of being close to the action but not right in it."
