  • Great location and all the amenities!

"This is a true ski-in-ski-out property only 2 blocks from the center of Main Street. The owner is very responsive, answering all of our questions promptly and thoroughly. Reasonable taxi services from Salt Lake City and the free buses around town and to the various ski resorts make renting a car unnecessary. You can take the free bus service to Fresh Market and another grocery store across the street from it. We used the garage to store our ski equipment though. The hot tub is great and maintained for you. Even the driveway and front steps are shovelled for you! It's a steep climb from the back deck up to the Quittin' Time run but worth it. Since we were there near the beginning of the season (Dec. 18-23) the Quittin' Time run was not yet open so we took the small children sledding on it. The ski/snowboarders only had to walk about 2-3 blocks to catch the Town Lift or a free bus to the central lift at the resort. There's ski/snowboard rental at Town Lift. Our 3 & 4-year-olds liked the ski school and the 7-year-old was skiing blues on her third day of ski school. Ski school is at the main resort center so we took the free bus (2 blocks down the hill from the house). With small children, we couldn't use the loft because of the open (pull-down) stairs. And there's no bath on that level but others may find it useful."

  • Loved it!

"We had a great time in Park City - due, in large part, to the comfort and location of this condo! Situated at the end of Main Street, we easily took (walking) advantage of the many shops, restaurants, bars... without having to tolerate any late night street noise when we were ready for sleep. It also provided for easy parking/driving access to attend concerts at Deer Valley to the south, and Legacy Park to the north. The owners obviously take great pride in this home and in their renters' comfort as every amenity has been provided for - down to supplies for the washer/dryer! A steady leak in the guest bath faucet caused us to call maintenance upon arrival and was fixed within the hour. This was a great value. When we're able to return to Park City, our first move will be to check and see if this is available!! Thank you, Vanessa!"

  • Excellent stay in October

"Olcha House was a perfect place for our stay in Park City. We loved the location and the home was perfect for two families with young kids. We enjoyed our walks down to Main Street (great stroller path just down the street!) and the city parks and we enjoyed a short walk to High West Distillery. The bedrooms were absolutely ideal - quiet and on different levels so that all were able to sleep soundly. The kitchen was perfect for cooking our meals and we loved the upstairs living room for kids' playtime and for lots of football! A perfect comfortable, quiet home in a great location!"

  • Hiking Trails out of your back door

"We were very pleased with how well your house is situated. During the day we could hike, or bike, the trails just outside your door. And in the evening, restaurants(thx for the 2 for 1 coupon tip), clubs and the theater are just a short walk down the steps to Main St. The house is both beautiful and comfortable. And we enjoyed a few evenings, dining outside on your patio looking over Main St and the valley beyond. All and all, a wonderful vacation."
