  • Loved it!

"We had a great time in Park City - due, in large part, to the comfort and location of this condo! Situated at the end of Main Street, we easily took (walking) advantage of the many shops, restaurants, bars... without having to tolerate any late night street noise when we were ready for sleep. It also provided for easy parking/driving access to attend concerts at Deer Valley to the south, and Legacy Park to the north. The owners obviously take great pride in this home and in their renters' comfort as every amenity has been provided for - down to supplies for the washer/dryer! A steady leak in the guest bath faucet caused us to call maintenance upon arrival and was fixed within the hour. This was a great value. When we're able to return to Park City, our first move will be to check and see if this is available!! Thank you, Vanessa!"

  • Perfect Place for a Family Reunion

"Twenty-six of us descended on The Grand Love Shack mid-August for our 5-night family reunion. Our ages ranged from 19 to 87, and we hailed from the Pacific Northwest, the West and East coasts, and the Southwest. We've had a number of previous reunions elsewhere in the country; without question the Grand Love Shack in Park City is our favorite. The owner and property manager were wonderful to work with, very accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable about the area and its history. The home was impeccably clean, and beautifully maintained. Although the kitchen is somewhat smaller than it appears in photographs, it was extremely well-equipped and highly functional. We fed everyone every night with no problems. And the two side-by-side dishwashers made clean-up a breeze. En suite bedrooms, named for Park City historical figures, were comfortable and pretty. Although each room had window air conditioners, we didn't turn them on. Nights were cool with lovely breezes. We spent a lot of time on the side porch, enjoying wine and appetizers in the evening, or coffee in the morning. My favorite spot was the front porch in the late afternoon...reading a book after a day of hiking, looking at the lovely mountains surrounding the property. Getting down to Main Street for lunch or the town's many summertime events took only 5-10 minutes via a staircase directly across the street from the property. We mountain biked, hiked, rode the lifts for scenic views, went to the Egyptian Theater for a Neil Simon festival, and attended a riveting aerial ski and snowboard demonstration at Olympic Park. We hope to be back for our next reunion, and without hesitation recommend this very special rental. Thank you Jeff."

  • Awesome Park City Home

"We rented this house in the summer with 4 couples (8 adults total). It worked great for us. Even though it is small, there is enough room for everyone to spread out as it is a multi-level home. The front deck is amazing, with enough room for all 8 of us to sit out and enjoy the beautiful weather and gorgeous views. The back has a another nice private deck with a hot tub and table. We were so glad we didn't rent a condo with a tiny porch. The stairs to walk to Old Town are just steps away from the front door. We never needed our car! Everyone agreed that for the price, we couldn't have gotten a better place to stay!"

  • Very helpful and attentive owner

"Fantastic house close or the slopes and downtown. Only caution I would have to potential renters is that the 'sleeps 12-18' is more like 10-14 even when sharing beds. We had 18 people in there one weekend and we had to be a bit creative with the sleeping arrangements. However, you can't beat the price or location."
