  • Trip Organizer - golf trip

"This house in Park City is a beautiful property. It is accurately and fairly described in the listing, including the listing pictures. Summer rates are obviously less than winter rates, but we thought it was fairly priced. Ownership was readily available, easy to work with, and considerate of our check-in and check-out needs. The property looks new. Upon arrival, it was "hospital" clean. It is just a block off of Park City downtown Main Street making all of the restaurants, shops and bars readily available. This property comfortably accommodated a group of six guys. We were impressed and more than willing to stay at this property on our next visit."

  • Beautiful Home, Great Location

"Our family (6 adults, 2 toddlers) stayed in the Blue House over Christmas and New Years. We had an absolutely lovely stay. The house is in the most perfect location - one block behind the best part of Main Street, two blocks from the ski shuttles, easy walk to the bus/shuttle hub. Although houses are close together, the house is designed for maximum natural light as well as maximum privacy. Also, despite being lower, there is a nice view of the surrounding mountains from living room and dining room. Some things we loved: 1.) radiant floor heating - kept us warm without all the dry air and noise. (They also have a built-in humidifier). Although the home design is modern and clean, the radiant heating is cozy. Your feet will never be cold. 2.) Well-equipped kitchen. Extremely well organized, and even has all the basics - paper products, baggies, flour, sugar, tupperware, travel mugs, etc. 3.) Hot Tub! 4.) Good use of space. Although the house is not large, the natural light and excellent design maximized every corner. Especially appreciated was the large laundry room. We used all five bedrooms and bathrooms and everyone was very comfortable. 5.) Amenities. The owners stocked all the bathrooms with essentials - great for the person that inevitably forgets something. Nice bedding, towels and bathrobes as well. 6.) Pack-n-play. So nice to have when traveling with little ones. 7.) Garage/boot warmers. Great for getting the gear on/off. We parked in the driveway so had lots of room for gear. 8.) Welcoming and kind owners. They were there to greet us and show us around and were available if we needed anything (but because everything in the home is in good working order, we never had to call!). We would stay here again and hope to return. We recommend this property to families, groups, couples. Another recommendation: Black Tie Ski Rentals. Delivered and picked up skis/boots/helmets right to the door at an appointed time. We didn't even have to leave the house and the cost is comparable."

  • Superb condo in Old Town, great for large families

"Kyle (owner) is super to work with and attentive to emails/phone. We arrived a day early and he worked with us to get checked in that day. Condo is in excellent location - true ski in/ski out, 2 blocks from Main Street/shops/restaurants(down the stairs) and Park City bus transit center(don't underestimate this convenience when getting to/from various ski resorts, grocery store, etc), nice views of town and slopes. Condo itself is nicely appointed with all the modern conveniences you will need. It has multiple levels, which allows for those who have had enough of "family bonding moments" to escape. We did not rent a vehicle, and, I believe the only advantage of having one would be if you needed to make multiple trips to grocery store during your stay(we took bus to store only once and stocked up). There is parking available outside condo. The location also provides for those who are tired of skiing/boarding to venture out on there own and take in what the town and surrounding area has to offer. Our children range from 13-18 and we felt perfectly comfortable letting them walk about town and use the bus system on their own. Overall, we chalk this place up with the others we have rented via VRBO as an excellent find and we will be back!"

  • Great Place to Stay in Park City UT

"This home is a wonderful place to stay in Park City. The owners were very professional and easy to work with. The home is very accurately depicted in the owners photos of the home. The kitchen was well equipped and there were basic provisions for cooking in the pantry. We were a group of 4 couples and there was enough privacy and space for us all to gather in the kitchen/dining area as well as ample seating in the living room. When we booked the home we knew that the ski run that "skis into the house" was a blue run. During the time we were in Park City this run always seemed to be a bit icy so some of the lower level snowboarders didn't feel comfortable skiing into the house on this run. It was no big deal though as we had rented a suburban and it is a very short drive to and from the mountain resort's base. The intermediate and advanced skiiers/boarders had no problem skiing in and out and it was a great convenience for us. This house is an excellent value, is very comfortable and clean and an overall great location walking distance to town."
