  • Superb condo in Old Town, great for large families

"Kyle (owner) is super to work with and attentive to emails/phone. We arrived a day early and he worked with us to get checked in that day. Condo is in excellent location - true ski in/ski out, 2 blocks from Main Street/shops/restaurants(down the stairs) and Park City bus transit center(don't underestimate this convenience when getting to/from various ski resorts, grocery store, etc), nice views of town and slopes. Condo itself is nicely appointed with all the modern conveniences you will need. It has multiple levels, which allows for those who have had enough of "family bonding moments" to escape. We did not rent a vehicle, and, I believe the only advantage of having one would be if you needed to make multiple trips to grocery store during your stay(we took bus to store only once and stocked up). There is parking available outside condo. The location also provides for those who are tired of skiing/boarding to venture out on there own and take in what the town and surrounding area has to offer. Our children range from 13-18 and we felt perfectly comfortable letting them walk about town and use the bus system on their own. Overall, we chalk this place up with the others we have rented via VRBO as an excellent find and we will be back!"

  • The Perfect Place to Stay Near Main Street

"This house was perfect. We had a group of 10 and fit easily [7 beds (3 master bedrooms and 2 rooms with 2 single beds each) and a number of comfortable couches]. We probably could have fit 15-16 if necessary. The biggest advantage is the short walk to Main Street (maybe 3-5 minutes) which made renting a car largely unnecessary. We could effortlessly walk to ski lifts, restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The house had a number of small/isolated nooks which made it easy to get work done in a busy house. The wifi was great, even with a number of people using it at the same time. The house is stocked with everything you need including dishes, silverware, glasses, blankets and towels -- all in large quantities. Should you run out of anything, the house is equipped with a dish washer and a washer/dryer as well. We most enjoyed ending busy days sitting by the gas fire place (all we had to do was flip a switch) or staring up at the stars in the spacious hot tub. When we arrived, the property manager, Guy, had freshly baked cookies waiting for us. When our flights got cancelled, he was kind enough to let us extend our stay an extra day, last minute. I truly cannot recommend this house strongly enough. The amenities and service were exquisite and we will definitely be back!"

  • Westin quality in rustic mountain style with both Park City town & ski resort at your feet

"This a wonderful condo. I travel extensively and have for many years. Employer paid 4/5 star hotels have hooked family and I on comparable properties for personal travel. E.g. Westin, Hyatt Grand. This property fit our expectations. It has everything you need, is liveable, comfortable and well maintained. Westin quality in rustic mountain style: - Windows pull in the sunshine and look over Park City - Gas fireplace to warm-up the toes - Well maintained and clean - Full kitchen with all equipment and giant fridge - Quality soaps, shampoos and lotion - Hairdryers, humidifier - LCD TV with Apple TV, DVD, cable - Iphone dock stereo - Strong wifi signal - Plenty of towels - Washing machine & dryer - Garage with boot warmers and ski rack - Lots of hangers---in other words, the kind of small things that even some hotels forget to do right Park City access - Easy walk down the hill right into downtown Park City for shopping, eating, walking Ski resort access - Park City Resort: walk to slope <5 minutes, then ski to lift, excellent! - Deer Valley 6 min drive or shuttle bus from town - Canyons 9 min drive or shuttle bus from town - Tubing available 12 min drive - Rentals & lift tickets, suggest REI in Salt Lake (just off highway to Park City) for great gear and price Other off property - Year round pool with slides, lazy river in town - Snowmobiling, went to Thousand Acres Owners easily available and helpful. No hesitation in recommending this property."

  • Great place, location and service!

"I just finished a guys ski trips at this place and we all had a great time. The entire house appeared to be recently redone to a very high standard. The kitchen is amazing so we opted to cancel one of our dinner reservations so we could enjoy the gourmet kitchen. We were able to park four cars on the property. The single bed bedroom has a trundle bed. Its a prime location and an easy walk to the center of Park City and the Town lift. The booking agent was wonderful. Before our trip she sent us recommendations on restaurants, activities, transportation, grocery shopping services, etc. There were a few minor glitches with the hot tub and ice machine, but our agent and her assistant were able to immediately resolve those issues. All and all, we had an excellent experience that exceeded our expectations."
