  • Great Location and accommodations

"Great experience. Excellent value/price. Nice unit. Close to Main Street, food and resort. Only recommendation is owner needs to upgrade/replace pillows."

  • Excellent place to rent

"My group was extremely happy with our accommodations for our recent park city trip. Very clean condo with all amenities we needed. Owner is very easy to work with and can't beat location for convenience and ease of use of public transit. Would definitely stay at this location again! Thanks Judy!"

  • Unbeatable price in Park City for what it is

"My husband and I just got back from a week staying in the Powderloft. We used it as a basecamp to check out all of the Park City area ski resorts. While we enjoyed our stay, there were a few surprises that I wanted others to be aware of. But first, I will say that it is a true to the photos, clean and well maintained. Our first annoyance was that the walls in the Prospector are ridiculously thin. I'm sure this may all be a matter of what you are used to in apartment buildings and motels/hotels, but to us it seemed like everything came right through the walls - babies crying, showers running, people walking in ski boots, etc. (And we live in a townhouse/condo so we are used to living with shared wall space). We found it very hard to sleep the first couple nights, until we found a fan in the loft that drowned out the noise (and even then I had to use earplugs to sleep). The second annoyance was that the "on site" jacuzzi was a pretty far walk for winter. Part of the reason I jumped at this place was because I love an apres ski hot tub soak. The jacuzzi is so far away I felt the need to drive over to it because by the time I would have soaked and walked back, I'd be cold again. All this being said however, the price of the Powderloft is about 1/5 that of similar studio type rentals in Park City, so I feel a bit bad complaining. While it was a great value, I'm not sure we'll stay here again - I think we'd be willing to pay a bit more to have thicker walls and a closer hot tub. However if neither of the above things would bother you and/or you really like getting a steal of a deal, I would definitely recommend the Powderloft. I just wanted to write a review so others would not be surprised as we were by these things."

  • 2014 Vacation to Park City {:o)

"Awesome Rental Price with numerous amenities. This condo was Very Clean and was in a Great Location!! Very Convenient to Slopes - Deer Valley, Canyons and Park City including Main Street which has some awesome shops and great places to eat. Scott the onsite manager was very helpful and friendly with getting us another load of firewood. Owner was very accommodating. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for 3 BR & 3 baths with a Super Location in Park City!!"
