  • Great location and all the amenities!

"This is a true ski-in-ski-out property only 2 blocks from the center of Main Street. The owner is very responsive, answering all of our questions promptly and thoroughly. Reasonable taxi services from Salt Lake City and the free buses around town and to the various ski resorts make renting a car unnecessary. You can take the free bus service to Fresh Market and another grocery store across the street from it. We used the garage to store our ski equipment though. The hot tub is great and maintained for you. Even the driveway and front steps are shovelled for you! It's a steep climb from the back deck up to the Quittin' Time run but worth it. Since we were there near the beginning of the season (Dec. 18-23) the Quittin' Time run was not yet open so we took the small children sledding on it. The ski/snowboarders only had to walk about 2-3 blocks to catch the Town Lift or a free bus to the central lift at the resort. There's ski/snowboard rental at Town Lift. Our 3 & 4-year-olds liked the ski school and the 7-year-old was skiing blues on her third day of ski school. Ski school is at the main resort center so we took the free bus (2 blocks down the hill from the house). With small children, we couldn't use the loft because of the open (pull-down) stairs. And there's no bath on that level but others may find it useful."

  • Long Ski Weekend! Great Place!

"First off the communication being the owner and myself regarding questions was handled quickly, efficiently and effectively. The unit was fantastic - corner unit with plenty of windows, DirecTv on 4 tvs, a fully stocked kitchen, the convenience of a half bath downstairs and , more room than we could use (4 adults). Close to the outlet mall, stores and restaurants. Great value, good location - would recommend this to anyone without hesitation. Thanks, our long weekend could not have worked out better."

  • Impressive, great location and easy owner to work with

"Four of us spent a full month in Park City and stayed at Newpark. Pictures and videos of the townhouse and the surrounding area don't do it justice, much better than advertised. We've come to Park City for 15 years now and this is our favorite area to stay at. Now we've found the perfect town house. The owner was great to work with too. Highly recommend."

  • Great ski location

"I stayed here with a group of friends for a five day ski trip. The home is beautifully appointed with a gourmet kitchen and a large great room with fireplace off the kitchen. Upstairs there is a game area with a pool table and card table. Outside the great room is a deck with a large hot tub for after ski relaxing. Downstairs is a complete home theater and wet bar with a projector and movie screen for watching TV or movies. The location is close to the village for easy access to shops and restaurants, yet on a quiet street with other private homes. The ski in and out is very easy. You can go out the back door and it’s a short ski down to the base of the Sunrise lift with easy access from there to the Gondola or the Orange bubble chair to the top part of the mountain. On the way back you can ski right to the back door following the Timbers signs from the top of the Sunrise chair. No need for any hiking or walking uphill. With walking distance to the Village and the ski in and out there is no need for a car during your visit. If you do rent a car, there is a large garage and there was prompt snow removal while we were there. A wonderful location with almost anything you could want for an enjoyable ski trip."
