  • Great Place to Stay in Park City UT

"This home is a wonderful place to stay in Park City. The owners were very professional and easy to work with. The home is very accurately depicted in the owners photos of the home. The kitchen was well equipped and there were basic provisions for cooking in the pantry. We were a group of 4 couples and there was enough privacy and space for us all to gather in the kitchen/dining area as well as ample seating in the living room. When we booked the home we knew that the ski run that "skis into the house" was a blue run. During the time we were in Park City this run always seemed to be a bit icy so some of the lower level snowboarders didn't feel comfortable skiing into the house on this run. It was no big deal though as we had rented a suburban and it is a very short drive to and from the mountain resort's base. The intermediate and advanced skiiers/boarders had no problem skiing in and out and it was a great convenience for us. This house is an excellent value, is very comfortable and clean and an overall great location walking distance to town."

  • Great just off Main Street location.

"We were a family of 6 and had a great time in PC and the house. The house was exactly as it is described and made for a great place to stay. The street was quiet and the hot tub was a great way to finish a long day of skiing. As for a bit more description on the location and how it is to ski in ski out and get around town. The house is two blocks up hill from Main Street so you don't have to live in the busy area of Main Street but you do have a pretty steep walk up hill from most places. If you are bringing your own equipment for skiing, this is a good spot for ski in ski out but there is a walk to access the slopes. It is not out the back door. Just down the street on Woodside and up some stairs to get started. The way home is via quit tin' time run. It is a blue run but could be trouble if the conditions are not good. All in all, a great spot with a nice balance of being close to the action but not right in it."

  • Beautiful home with all comforts and amenities!

"We rented this beautiful home for 5 days and used it as a home base on the occasion of our daughter's wedding at Red Cliff Ranch in Heber. Given that we love the ranch/western theme, this home was just perfect for us. The craftsmanship and details of the house are stunning---especially love the railings on the stairs. The varied and fun collection of artifacts made the place feel like home. We showcased the wedding bouquet on the beautiful antique saddle. Kitchen was fully equipped for any discerning chef, and even the hot tub got some use in spite of the rainy weather. The many bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for a large crowd. The only issue we had was opening and closing the garage door, which proved problematic from time to time, but otherwise, we give you 5+ stars. Thank you!"

  • Lovely Weekend

"Just wanted to say what a great place to stay! During the weekend of July 11, we stayed at the house and loved everything about it. The location is perfect as we were able to walk to the older part of Park City in minutes to visit all the shops and businesses there. Everything about the house met our expectations and will stay here again. I cannot thank Al enough for his prompt response to our questions and making the entire rental process easy for us."
