"Excellent place. Easy rental, owner pleasant and decent to work with. Nice unit with top of line features, kitchen, TV's, hot tub, etc. would definitely return. Have stayed in different units in Silver Star and this was the easiest owner to deal with and communicate."

Perfect house! Amazing location, views, convenient and awesome owner!
"*******Personal note. My girlfriend had somehow left her watch and 2 very important rings on the bed the day of our departure. I immediately contacted Erik on his personal phone on Easter Sunday; with zero hesitation he contacted his property manager. She found the misplaced items and had them mailed to our home in Texas. The service, friendliness, cleanliness, convenience and professionalism were above anything I could have imagined.******** I found this house looking for a place big enough for 8 adults. After looking around for a few weeks, we all agreed that Erik's house was by far the best choice. He was the ONLY person to contact me almost immediately after I sent the initial email and kept a completely open line of communication for the entire trip. It offered 4 private bedrooms with only 1 shared bath (which worked out amazingly well), enough seating, living and hot tub space so that everyone had space. We bought groceries for the trip, the house had everything we needed to feel like we were back home. We could walk down 2 blocks and explore Park City, bar and restaurant without worrying about anyone having to drive. After 3 days of skiing and seeing the resorts and condo's, we immediately all agreed to stay here again next year. I have and will continue to recommend Erik as a place to stay to anyone visiting Park City."

"Excellent rental, very comfortable. Living area is open to kitchen creating a nice area for everyone to be together. Pcmr is literally across the street. Skies 3 days at pcmr and 3 at canyons. The canyons shuttle is a 1/2 block away and was a short ride. 7-11 is also a 1/2 block and saves breakfast when you realize your out of eggs. Highly recommended property and an excellent value in park city."

"I brought my son for his first snowboarding experience outside of Michigan. It made for a perfect vacation! The owners were great to work with and their response time on answering questions was amazing. And the gift basket upon arrival was a very nice touch.
Initially, I was nervous about not having a vehicle, but, you're literally just a short walk to everything - no vehicle needed - It's all right there.
The Payday or Crescent chair lifts, the shops and restaurants on the plaza, heated pool and hot tub (which was used every night), and even the free transit service to Park City.
The whole concept of skiing on/off by being right there on the slope was fantastic and actually made it more relaxing. We weren't on any sort of schedule because of needing to drive to the slopes. We snowboarded as long or as little as we felt because we knew we could go right back out there whenever we wanted.
All the other reviews are spot on!
About the only additional information I can add, which has nothing to do with the room or resort, but may help other in their decisions is the taxiing to/from the airport. We used the first taxi the airport called for us; we didn't have any discussion outside of just needing a taxi. Unfortunately, the first taxi that came was a more deluxe luxury SUV. So, it was $150 to the resort. During the vacation I jotted down a phone number of a more traditional taxi service and the way back to the airport was $100. You can get it for even less, around the $85 range, but more waiting and ride sharing/shuttling may be involved.
Overall it was a fantastic experience and the memories of snowboarding with my son are priceless!"
