  • Excellent Space To Call Homebase

"Located 1.2 miles from Main Street proper, so easily walkable. Central location is perfect for the Sundance Film Festival. Mark made it a breeze to set-up the rental, the condo was well stocked with standard supplies, clean, wifi is nicely accessible, very warm, and felt like home after a couple days. Will be looking into next year's rental of this unit again."

  • EXCELLENT GUEST COMMENT

"Upon my arrival at the Property, everything was in excellent condition. the beds were all made, and the Property was cleaned up We were a large party of 8 attending the Sundance Festival, so we were all running in different directions at various times. Nonetheless, Every one of my guests loved the property as much as I did. The manager of the property was extremely prompt and cordial in addressing all of my concerns. I will certainly recommend the property to all of my business acquaintances and friends looking for acccommodations in Park City. I certainly hope to rebook the property next year at the same time, as I am a regular attendee of the Sundance Festival. Thank you."

  • A Near-Perfect June

"This was our 2nd stay at this lovely condo and it truly felt like home. The weather was perfect almost every day and we learned much more about the hiking on the mountain right behind the house. Beds were very nice, showers excellent and kitchen fully equipped and well-stocked with things like seasonings, oils, vinegar and condiments. We cooked in almost every day. Access to shopping is 5 minutes away. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

  • Comfy Quick Weekend Getaway

"Check in process was a breeze, condo was seconds away. The exterior of the building is undergoing some updates - there were painters there over our weekend stay. Condo was very comfortable, great bed, pillows, and blankets. The kitchen was great! We made breakfast both mornings and were able to reheat some dinner leftovers for a snack. I didn't pack a blow dryer and couldn't find one there - so be sure to bring your own! I didn't mind the excuse to not do my hair! We rode the bus to The Canyons for a concert and the bus stop is literally out the front door. My boyfriend is also training for a marathon and the Rail Trail is out the door! He had a wonderful 20 mile run without hitting one stop light. This was a great weekend getaway, and the price was excellent! Thanks!"
