"We found the condo to be very clean and spacious for 3 couples. We had everything we needed. The location is ideal as it is close to stores and the Tuacahn Theater. The view was awesome and we had an enjoyable time. I would recommend this condo to our friends and family."

"My family just enjoyed a weekend getaway in Park City at this Red Pine condo. It could not have been more accommodating! My kids were thrilled about the large bunk beds on the main floor and the set of twin beds on the mezzanine level. My husband and I were spoiled in the large master suite upstairs. There were also two other bedrooms downstairs that we didn't need - each of which had a queen size bed. Each bedroom is beautifully furnished and they all have their own attached bathroom (except the one on the mezzanine). The kitchen was well equipped and ready with everything you'd need if you decided to enjoy a home cooked meal. The entertainment room was comfortable and welcoming. All internet, tv, etc worked without a hitch. The directions in the Guest Book were easy to understand and inclusive. I can't say enough about the comfortable, enjoyable atmosphere the condo provided.
In terms of location, we felt like it was perfect. It is close to the main Park City attractions our family was interested in (alpine slide, main street, etc) and also convenient for the Kimball Junction area as well.
All communications with the owner were incredibly prompt and kind. She was very helpful and accommodating, and could not have been any easier to work with.
I can't wait to schedule our next vacation here!"

"This cabin is ideally situated for exploring both Zion and Bryce and has all the appointments one could wish for. Unfortunately, all the appliances were not operating. The washing machine had been rendered inoperable as the on/off switch had been stripped. The electric fireplace's on/off worked only intermittently. We replaced the battery in the remote but the remote's contacts no longer work. We resorted to the manual on/off which was responsive -- sometimes, but not reliably. Every single time we closed the refrigerator the compressor churned causing us to fear that it too might fail. I will say the owner responded to a text message for help immediately. She was most pleasant but could offer no help and we suspected she had may have encountered these problems before. Still, she needs to address these issues quickly. With the exception of these mechanical hassles, our stay was great and I would recommend this spot to anyone -- as along as you get assurances that everything is working properly. I would have definitely given this 5 stars if everything had been in working order."

"This was my 3rd stay in this fabulous house. This time I had 9 adults and we were there during the first weekend of March Madness. The house is awesome for a large group, with two family rooms, two large flat-screen TVs and with the DirectTV service. We had a blast, in spite of only so-so skiing conditions. My family has rented VRBO properties many times, and this property always comes out first."
