"We enjoyed hosting our extended family in your fun home for my sons wedding weekend. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. My grown sons enjoyed staying up late playing foosball and everyone including my 85 yr old parents took a turn with the shot-ski!!
Thanks for being so flexible with us, it was a memorable time."

"Spent 3 weeks in Moab in the condo. It is well situated, very well maintain and pleasant to live in. Wish to recommend the Moab Overnight rentals. Due to circumstance I had to change the dates of the stay and the rental management company were quick to respond to any requests. Had one problem with a window and the response was within the hour and the problem repaired. Highly recommend this group if all their rentals are so well maintained. There were several in the group and we had room to spread out when one wanted to.

"This condo is very cozy and arguably one of the most convenient locations to stay at in Park City, especially if you're looking for quick access to Park City Mountain Resort.
My wife and I stayed two nights over a weekend and enjoyed every minute of our stay. While the condo isn't spacious it's perfectly laid out to offer any comfort you would want for a vacation stay in Park City. The living room has a cozy fireplace to enjoy while you relax on a very comfortable sectional. In fact the sectional is large enough to sleep an adult and a child! Everytime I sat down on it I wanted to just kick back and watch a movie on the flat screen above the fireplace while letting the fire warm me up.
The kitchen has everything you would need to make meals; oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, stainless steel sink, granite countertops, and fully stocked cupboards. There's a small bar with barstools to sit at while enjoying a meal.
The bathroom wasn't large by any means but it offered a comfortably spacious shower and next to it a deep basin tub complete with jets. My wife and I definitely enjoyed that feature. It was a perfect place to relax.
To top it all off there is a set of bunk beds that two kids can sleep in. My wife and I have three boys and when we first walked into the condo we both wished our boys could have been there with us because they would have loved sleeping in those bunk beds.
There is also a decently sized patio complete with a brunch table and chairs. We didn't get to utilize it during our stay but it would be a very nice place to enjoy a morning breakfast or just enjoy the fresh air while sipping on some hot cocoa.
Other items that made our stay convenient was the underground parking, the elevator, and carts for carrying luggage to our room.
Overall we loved this condo and were amazed at how well the floorplan was laid out to offer so much in a smaller space. We would have had no problem staying there with our three boys and having a wonderful time. My only complaint was the hot tub and pool area. First of all they were closed for the Fall season and wouldn't reopen until the Winter season began. I also think the complex should add something to make the pool area more appealing. Maybe some lights strung over the area or some gas torches. It just looked neglected to me but it could have been because it was closed.
We've added the place to our favorites list and hope to make it back there very soon!"
