"I needed a place for a friend and myself to stay while on a ski trip in Park City and didn't want to pay an outrageous price for a room we'd basically only be using to sleep in. The condo at prospector was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, and easy access to the mountains either via the free shuttle or to drive. Would definitely recommend."

"This condo is great!
It has a nice kitchen and a huge dinning table.
The king size bed is super soft and comfortable.
We love all the things to do at the sports complex.
The owners of the condo are the nicest people to work with. I will try and rent from them again."

""Home Place" was exactly that for us. Running and biking trails, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon, Vermillion Cliffs, Cliff Dwelers, Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, HWY 14 scenic route, and Moqui Cave adventures had is saying lets go back to 'Home Place' and enjoy the property. The property is beautiful and we really enjoyed the back porch swing and coffee in the morning sun with the view of the pond. The owners were quick to get back with ideas and suggestions for excursions with the dogs (we loved Stout Canyon) and the house was clean and cozy. Although the property is close the HWY 89 and not fenced, we had to use tethers for the dogs while out in the yard (our dogs are not trained to safely play off lead). Since we use tethers when camping, it was a safe solution.
All in all, we were sad to leave. The locals are very friendly and we enjoyed a fresh grilled meal at Wild Boar Bistro in town."

"We selected this cabin for our 7th annual college reunion trip (5 men). We've always used vacation rental homes and out of all our rentals, I have never encountered a more earnestly accommodating or conscientious owner. Our rental coincided with the May-Pac fight and he went out of his way to make sure when the opening bell struck we'd have the PPV event flowing thru his Directv satellite dish onto the flat-screen TV. Highly unusual situation, but it's a testament to his dedication to guest satisfaction.
As other reviewers have noted, the drive up to the cabin from Moab is ~40 minutes, sections were paved and others were not. A 4x4 vehicle is not necessary; any plain SUV will suffice and more for the ground clearance than for power. We had good weather though and I could see how parts of the drive could get more challenging if it rained hard enough and thus demand 4x4. For the time guzzler the drive up is, it really is dramatic and far from a bore/chore (but not dangerous), becoming part of the adventure. The cabin is truly ideal for MTB/dirt bike & ATV enthusiasts.
The wrap-around deck with wrap-around bench is surprisingly spacious and inviting. There's even a built-in kitchen-level counter by the gas grill perfectly designed for outdoor food prep overlooking the mesa. We worked the kitchen hard and it met our needs with flying colors (loved the pizza stone). Igniter on the grill was broken but the kitchen had 2 lighters and there was a spare tank in case we ran out of gas. The air at the cabin is delicious with near-zero noise pollution from town. Contra other reviewer's experience we didn't have a dust problem. To sum up, this is a fabulous cabin even better if you bring a rustic spirit to match its rustic charms."
