  • Ideal place

"Stayed here for a week in March 2015 (dad & daughter Spring Break ski trip). The location was absolutely perfect: two minute walk over to ski down to the Town Lift, and also an easy three block walk down the hill to Main St. The condo was also in great shape, as everything worked exactly as expected. The owner was incredibly responsive, and made us feel completely at home. The one negative was the lack of snow, but that isn't her fault! We had a wonderful week, and would not hesitate to stay here again."

  • Six Mountain Bikers From Whistler

"Great location for mountain bikers. Last quality location on the north side of town right off the Colorado River. I have been to Moab five times and have stayed all over the place. This was by far the best location as we could leave our cars in the double car garage and ride to most rides. Even the ones we shuttled ended near by. Porcupine Rim, Portal Trail, Captain Ahab, Moab Rim, Brand Trails, Sovereign, Navajo Rocks and Mag 7 to Gemini Bridges all spit out within riding distance of Moab Springs Ranch. We didn't turn the TV on once this trip as the outdoor area of the ranch was so good that we didn't seem to spend any real time indoors. Hammocks, pool and hot tub kept the teens busy as did the wifi. The outdoor BBQ and picnic tables made eating in quick, clean and easy. The kitchen was so well stocked that we never ate dinner out. Beds and pillows were great and the indoor living area was very spacious and comfortable. The washer/dryer and dishwasher were top notch. We could have easily had a few more bodies without feeling crowded. The owner refunded our damage deposit quickly and even helped with having mail sent to the house. I would recommend this place to anyone and will be back soon. It felt like someone's home and not a rental house full of mismatched leftovers."

  • Exceeded expectations!

"Great location, this unit is literally across the parking lot from the PC lifts. The apartment was clean, spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The two bathrooms were great for our large group. We would definitely return again."

  • Quiet and comfortable stay

"We were in town for an event at the equestrian center. The loft was absolutely perfect for our stay! It was close to our event, very close to shops (groceries, restaurants, coffee, Target, gas station) so very convenient. The neighborhood is very peaceful and has numerous paths to walk and enjoy the mountain views and sunrise. The loft is private, a separate unit from the house and we appreciated having our privacy and not feeling as though we were bothering anyone else. The loft has everything you might want, more than I expected. While the kitchen area does not have a stove, there is a microwave, hotplate and fridge. All the dishes and utensils you might need. I felt that this was a great value and a memorable stay."
