"The moment you walk through the door, you feel at home in this rental. From the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds to the Char-Broil grill on the back patio, everything is perfect and so comfortable you forget you're in a rental. And the location is perfect. Eight tennis courts are 1/2 mile down the road, as well as Southgate golf course, the bike path starts at the bottom of the hill the home is perched on, giving you access to many, many miles of paved biking/walking trails that wander through St. George and surrounding neighborhoods. And Bluff Street, with all its restaurants and shopping is less than 2 miles away. Freeway access takes 2 minutes, giving you an opportunity to easily visit Zion National Park to the north or Mesquite, Nevada to the south. One word sums up the entire month of our stay--PERFECT!"

"We had 16 people and plenty of room. One of the best parts was how much seating there was in the dining area and kitchen. We could all eat at the same time together and had plenty of room for games at night. The views of the lake were wonderful. The cabin was very clean and seemed to be well maintained. If we decide to go back to Bear Lake I would look at staying here again."

"We visited Park City in the summer for a family get-together, and this property was fantastic. We are a family of 4 and we invited 4 other family members to stay with us, and there was still plenty of room to spare. The property is easy walking distance to town, library and other activities, and is backed up to the city park, which the kids loved. Free bus is right outside the door as well. Downstairs is wide open for socializing and kitchen was great for at-home dinners. We also contacted the property owners in advance of the visit and they were super about local recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay in Park City, and loved the convenience and amenities of the property. Thank you!"

"We spent three nights here in July. Even without air conditioning, the condo was comfortable after a few hours of airing it out. We had a late night flight out, and the condo wasn't rented out for the next day. We were able to get a late evening checkout for additional rent a fair price. It was nice to have a place to relax and then shower before taking the red-eye home.
One other nice thing about renting here, is you have the option to save on cleaning fees. To us it was well worth it to save the fees and clean the apartment ourselves. It took less than 90 minutes to have the bathrooms, kitchen, floors, etc clean. For a three day rental, the fee would have been a large chunk of the rental.
The security deposit was higher than average, but we received it back in full with no problem. I figured that would be the case (unless we of course caused damage) or someone would definitely have given a bad review.
If we ever come to the area again, I'd stay here again."
