  • Cabin in the woods

"Stayed 2 nights here for a weekend getaway. The secluded cabin is very nice and quiet. There are neighboring cabins close by, but we didn't see anyone. The place was very clean with everything you need to cook with. Might be hard to find at night with the directions supplied. The only negative was the smell from the free standing fireplace. We got used to it pretty quick though. I would stay here again for sure!"

  • Great Getaway

"We'll start by saying that the owners were great to work with and were very helpful. Their property Mgr. Aggie was also very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Couldn't ask for better. The description of this property was very accurate. Of the Park City area, this Condo is situated in a great location. It is located right in the middle of everything. This condo has a great deck with a BBQ. There's lots of lawn space for kids, dogs, or adults to play on. It is close to the bus stop and you may ride the bus anywhere within Park City. Its free and you'll avoid the hassles of parking. The kitchen is well stocked with all one needs to cook with if you don't go out. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The activities and attractions are endless. We had a great time and are looking towards going back next year. We would and have already recommended this condo to family and friends. Thanks again, Tom and Jan"

  • Amazing House, Great Location,

"This house is ideal for large groups ! When the owner says it sleeps 17 in 6 bedrooms he's not kidding. Other places may count sleeping on a couch or a studio with no doors, but these are full size real beds in real bedrooms. The dining room table seats 10 plus there is room at the counter/bar for more. The kitchen has everything you need for large groups and the washer and dryer are a great convenience. The 2 car garage is great for your outdoor toys, or for your car in snowy weather. The owner is easy to contact and on top of everything. He had the hot tub repaired while we were and has someone local to take care of anything that comes up while you are there. We will stay here again, and will recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the valley near the golf Corse, at the base of Powder Mountain and a short drive to 2 more ski areas. Oh, and did I mention the nice pool table, foosball table, 2 flat screen TV’s, playstation, outdoor deck, huge couches and awesome views !"

  • Fantastic Ski Trip

"The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious and well appointed. It is updated and beautiful. There was more than enough space for me and 4 other guys on our annual guy's ski trip and would work for a larger group as well. It was a short walk up to the lifts. We rented skis from Aloha and they stored them overnight, so we only had to carry our boots. We also rode the shuttle several times which was very convenient. The shuttle driver even dropped us off at our door. We enjoyed taking the short walk to the clubhouse where we took advantage of the indoor and outdoor hot tubs and heated pool. Megan was easy to work with and is a great communicator. I can highly recommend."

Utah Travel Tips

Visitors to Utah Vacation Rentals

Many people underestimate the great wealth of attractions that the state of Utah has. Many people are aware that there are many top ski resorts but do not realize that the attractions extend to other activities or seasons. Golfers will be pleased to know that there are plenty of top quality championship courses available in Utah. And for a good part of the year, the weather is ideal for a round of 18 holes. There are cultural attractions in both the cities and more remote areas. If you are willing to go exploring, you will find a wealth of treasures. Explore old Wild West hideouts and discover the history behind the towns and cities. Outdoor enthusiasts can go whitewater rafting, hiking through the national parks, or mountain biking over the famous slick rock at Moab.

Activities and Attractions at Utah Vacation Houses

Utah is home to several national parks. Perhaps the two most well-known parks and favorite vacation spots are Bryce Canyon vacation rentals and Zion National Park cabins. Both of these parks have landscapes of distinctive red rock and canyons. There are several hiking trails and back roads that you can explore in all-terrain vehicles. It is a region that lends itself to photography and art inspiration. The mighty Colorado River and parts of the Grand Canyon cut across the southeastern corner of Utah. The Canyonlands and Arches National Parks can be found in this area. Lake Powell is one of the largest lakes in Utah and incorporates a length of the Colorado River. It is a huge recreational lake that is open to boating, waterskiing and fishing. There are nice sandy beaches and several marinas with boat launches and picnic areas. This is one of many lakes and reservoirs in Utah where you can enjoy recreational water sports.

For more exciting water activities, join a whitewater rafting excursion down the Colorado and ride some Grade V rapids that'll get the adrenalin going. Day trips and multi-day excursions are available. There are many regions that can be explored on horseback. Guided multi-day tours are available through local outfitters. There are also extensive mountain biking trails in Utah. Perhaps the most famous mountain biking region surrounds Moab vacation rentals. The snow skiing and snowboarding in Utah are legendary. There is an average of 500 inches of snow that falls annually in the Utah mountains at resorts like Park City vacation rentals and Deer Valley ski lodging, ensuring great skiing conditions. The peaks offer some challenging skiing for advanced skiers. Groomed trails cater to beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. There are 13 top quality ski resorts and most of them are within an hour's drive from Salt Lake City International Airport.

Seasons to Visit Utah Condos

The season that you choose to visit Utah will largely depend on your interests and the activities that you want to participate in. The ski season starts shortly after the first good snowfall and the resorts usually open in early December. If there are good snowfalls throughout the winter, the season can last until the middle or end of April. The peak ski season is from mid-December to mid-February. If you are wanting to go boating, rafting, biking or hiking, you may prefer to visit during the spring or summer months. This is also the best time of year to visit the National Parks.
