  • Great House, Great View, Great Location - Everything you need already at house

"Very nice place in a great neighborhood. Very well stocked with everything you need already at the house. Just buy some groceries and you are good to go. 4 Stars because I could hear the basement tenant's kids crying every day through the air vent."

  • End of the road silence

"The property is quite remote. We enjoyed the grounds, they were beautiful. The home was nice and had almost everything one needs. We would of liked to have cellphone reception and tv, but, it turned out to be enjoyable to actually not have them, after we got over the withdrawals. We did a lot of hiking and exploring in the area. The home could use some comfortable chairs on the outside deck, I think we would have spent more time out there. All in all we had fun. Thank you, Tina for sharing your home."

  • Great Cabin, owner is phonominal!

"We really enjoyed the cabin! It's a beautiful cabin with lots of beds, and a huge deck with a grill. We ate in and just relaxed with the family. Todd was fantastic to deal with and very responsive! Lots to do by the cabin, Cedar Breaks Monument is beautiful and my kids loved Mammoth Cave. We took the drive up to Bryce National Park which is amazing. There is a cute little group of stores and restaurants and the hardware store up the road sells/rents DVDs for the small TV/DVD combo at the cabin. Prepare to unplug as there was no cell reception for Verizon / AT&T and no internet access."

  • Great Value. Easy All Around.

"My fiance and I booked this property never having been to Park City or the Canyons. The owner was super helpful from beginning to end of the booking process, even answering questions we had about the area, if we needed a 4wd vehicle etc...very accommodating. The Silverado Lodge is like a hotel in that once you book, you can have your room cleaned once a day, complimentary coffee and granola bars in the lobby, a complimentary ski/snowboard check, a restaurant, workout center and pool/hot tub - and the best part for us was covered parking! Shuttle ride was super super super easy - the longest we had to wait getting to and from the lodge was maybe 2 minutes. The unit itself is exactly as described - small, cozy, perfect for 2. The Murphy Bed was SO COMFORTABLE. I am actually going to contact the owner because I forgot to look at the mattress but I want to buy one for myself! It was a perfect little condo for our Christmas getaway. If we go to the Canyons again, we would stay there, especially considering the amount we heard people paying elsewhere!"
