  • The best condos in Park City.

"Park City is our favorite town for year-round activities from snow skiing to wine festivals. This was our first time staying at this chalet in the Red Pines condominium at the Canyons. The chalet is well equipped to serve and sleep 8 people and has a breathtaking view of the mountain. The chalet is quite and safe and is located within 2.5 miles from Kimball junction’s restaurant, shops, outlet stores, movie theaters, etc. Also is 2.5 miles away from Park City downtown. We were there for 5 days and enjoyed every day of our stay. In fact, we liked the chalet’s layout and location so much that we decided to purchase a similar one in the same complex. Last but not least the owners, Ray and Ann are great hosts with attention to detail and service."

  • Loved it!

"My husband, two kids (9&11), and I just stayed at this condo for Spring Break. It was our first time to Park City and first time using VRBO. The condo was gorgeous and comfortable and we can't wait to go back. Mike was wonderful to work with and the condo was well stocked with the necessaties (tp, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent) for our 5 day stay. We ate all breakfasts in the condo, kids went to ski school and I made dinner a couple of nights. So easy to throw a roast in the crock pot, ski all day and dinner was ready when we were done. It is truly ski in/ski out and so convenient with kids. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool every night and can't wait to go back. You won't be disappointed!"

  • New Years in the Brians Head

"Cabin was very comfortable and very well stocked! Plenty of items you may have forgotten and more. Enjoyed the sleds going down the driveway. Great time and excellent distance to both Navajo (can walk there) and Giants Steps. My only suggestion...give the internet code ahead of time. Big necessity these days. Will be back!!"

  • Vacation for the generations

"Rating: 5/5 Vacation for the generations Coming from a large family it has always been important that all the generations of kids continue to enjoy time together specially when they live in different states. This cabin it's location and accommodations made it possible for great grandma (83) to new the newest addition (6months) and all in between. We disconnect from the day to day and really enjoyed spending time with each other. Games, crafts, hikes around the many lakes, wildlife, fire pit. Then a family movie at night before the kids all pass out. So much fun for all. Everyone of all ages went back to childhood memories. Fun singing around the campfire and painting faces. This place is magical with room for everyone to find there spot for a book on the patio or a water fight battle out back. Memories for a life time. Thank you for sharing the very special place with us."

Utah Travel Tips

Visitors to Utah Vacation Rentals

Many people underestimate the great wealth of attractions that the state of Utah has. Many people are aware that there are many top ski resorts but do not realize that the attractions extend to other activities or seasons. Golfers will be pleased to know that there are plenty of top quality championship courses available in Utah. And for a good part of the year, the weather is ideal for a round of 18 holes. There are cultural attractions in both the cities and more remote areas. If you are willing to go exploring, you will find a wealth of treasures. Explore old Wild West hideouts and discover the history behind the towns and cities. Outdoor enthusiasts can go whitewater rafting, hiking through the national parks, or mountain biking over the famous slick rock at Moab.

Activities and Attractions at Utah Vacation Houses

Utah is home to several national parks. Perhaps the two most well-known parks and favorite vacation spots are Bryce Canyon vacation rentals and Zion National Park cabins. Both of these parks have landscapes of distinctive red rock and canyons. There are several hiking trails and back roads that you can explore in all-terrain vehicles. It is a region that lends itself to photography and art inspiration. The mighty Colorado River and parts of the Grand Canyon cut across the southeastern corner of Utah. The Canyonlands and Arches National Parks can be found in this area. Lake Powell is one of the largest lakes in Utah and incorporates a length of the Colorado River. It is a huge recreational lake that is open to boating, waterskiing and fishing. There are nice sandy beaches and several marinas with boat launches and picnic areas. This is one of many lakes and reservoirs in Utah where you can enjoy recreational water sports.

For more exciting water activities, join a whitewater rafting excursion down the Colorado and ride some Grade V rapids that'll get the adrenalin going. Day trips and multi-day excursions are available. There are many regions that can be explored on horseback. Guided multi-day tours are available through local outfitters. There are also extensive mountain biking trails in Utah. Perhaps the most famous mountain biking region surrounds Moab vacation rentals. The snow skiing and snowboarding in Utah are legendary. There is an average of 500 inches of snow that falls annually in the Utah mountains at resorts like Park City vacation rentals and Deer Valley ski lodging, ensuring great skiing conditions. The peaks offer some challenging skiing for advanced skiers. Groomed trails cater to beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. There are 13 top quality ski resorts and most of them are within an hour's drive from Salt Lake City International Airport.

Seasons to Visit Utah Condos

The season that you choose to visit Utah will largely depend on your interests and the activities that you want to participate in. The ski season starts shortly after the first good snowfall and the resorts usually open in early December. If there are good snowfalls throughout the winter, the season can last until the middle or end of April. The peak ski season is from mid-December to mid-February. If you are wanting to go boating, rafting, biking or hiking, you may prefer to visit during the spring or summer months. This is also the best time of year to visit the National Parks.

Traveling to Utah

The main travel access point into Utah is the Salt Lake City International Airport. The airport hosts most regional airlines and has good links to most major cities in North America. To access the southern parts of Utah, the best access point is Las Vegas which is located just 70 miles from the state border of Nevada and Utah.
