  • Perfect location, perfect house!

"We absolutely loved staying at your Kanab house. Many times during our stay there, and since we've been home, we've said that if we were to design a house for ourselves that's just what we would want. We especially enjoyed the huge windows all around and the great wrap-around porch. We felt so at home there and it was very hard to leave. Oreo was great company and he also contributed to our "at home" feeling. I hope we will be able to return to your house in Kanab and continue exploring Utah and the many, many natural wonders in the area. This was an excellent location within a reasonable drive to many places of interest. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and hospitality. You thought of every detail and everything was done to the best quality. We've stayed at a good number of VRBO homes and what we usually find is that the furnishings, housewares, and linens are a combination of odds and ends, but that is clearly not the case at your house. That may not sound important, but when everything is so nicely done it makes you really feel like you've been given special treatment. Everything there felt right."

  • Great Family VAcation

"We spent four nights here and used the house as a base camp to get to Arches and Canyonlands. About an hour drive to Arches, hour and a half to Canyonlands Island in the Sky district, forty-five minutes to Needles District. The house was great for our family of six. It had everything we needed and was easy to find when coming back late at night. The house was clean and comfortable, and the owner was very accommodating. The community of Monticello is quiet, although we didn't spend much time there other than sleeping."

Seasons to Visit Utah Condos

The season that you choose to visit Utah will largely depend on your interests and the activities that you want to participate in. The ski season starts shortly after the first good snowfall and the resorts usually open in early December. If there are good snowfalls throughout the winter, the season can last until the middle or end of April. The peak ski season is from mid-December to mid-February. If you are wanting to go boating, rafting, biking or hiking, you may prefer to visit during the spring or summer months. This is also the best time of year to visit the National Parks.

Traveling to Utah

The main travel access point into Utah is the Salt Lake City International Airport. The airport hosts most regional airlines and has good links to most major cities in North America. To access the southern parts of Utah, the best access point is Las Vegas which is located just 70 miles from the state border of Nevada and Utah.
