  • Excellent Summer Stay

"We had a fantastic stay at this superbly priced property. It was a perfect base camp for all of our mountain activities and it housed our two families (4 adults, 4 children) in comfort. Everything was clean, everything worked, and it was dead quiet every day and night we were there. The layout is multi-tiered (3 levels) but it worked well as a way to divide adult and child space. We had our two month old asleep upstairs while the adults hung out on the main level and the 3-6 year old kids played in their room downstairs. When we wanted to hang out together the main level had plenty of space to lounge, cook, and watch a dvd. I should mention that we chose Red Pine because it was the only complex we could find that had swimming pools for all ages (3 different pools), multiple tennis courts (4- no waiting for a court), and hiking access out the front door. I was able to fish the middle Provo river (20 minute drive) any time of day and be back to swim with the kids, grill on the deck, or participate in any other family activity with ease. The location is equal distance (10 minutes) between a new upscale shopping center with Whole Foods, state liquor store, and Starbucks next to 80 freeway entrance as it is to downtown Park City where we enjoyed the 4th of July parade! We're coming back in 2015, but for a longer stay. Thanks Jean Ann!!"

  • Elegant and comfortable!

"We spent a week at this property with my parents and our two small children. There was plenty of space and overall the whole property felt very luxurious, soothing and comfortable. There was even a super comfy foam mattress we were able to put on the floor for our five year old. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a highchair and pack-and-play crib for our baby - what a nice touch! So helpful for traveling parents! In the evenings we enjoyed the large screen projector and during the day we loved being able to walk to restaurants and shopping. We were there in summer, but I would imagine it would be perfect for skiers - the garage is attached and there's plenty of space to leave your gear. Highly recommend!"

  • Dream Stay!!!

"We flew into SLC and drove to Park City (what an easy drive), and you gave us great directions to the Condo (it is really more of a complete home away from home). We were concerned because our plan was to have all 9 of us staying at the condo, and we didn't trust that it would be big enough. Well... there was room to spare. What a GREAT place. Every amenity was at our disposal, and wow! great parking underneath in the garage. That was a super plus! Each "family" had their own space, and we let the younger kids sleep together in the loft, with my parents in the "extra bedroom" down the stairs. Let me see...(1) beautiful views; (2) a hot tub on the communal deck that we used every night; (3) full easy to use functional kitchen; (4) super comfy accomadations; and (5) icing on the cake, it is only a block walk to the main drag. BTW, the park right across the street was a great place for the young kids to blow off steam, and get some exercise. The place was super clean when we arrived, exactly as advertised, and the owners were great every step of the way. You guys should be like a concierge at a hotel. All around, on a scale of 1-10, I give this a 10. I can't wait to return. I would recommend this place over all the others I have stayed at in Park City the past 10 years. I am so lucky to have found this. See you next year. Best, Steve and the Gang"

Utah Travel Tips

Visitors to Utah Vacation Rentals

Many people underestimate the great wealth of attractions that the state of Utah has. Many people are aware that there are many top ski resorts but do not realize that the attractions extend to other activities or seasons. Golfers will be pleased to know that there are plenty of top quality championship courses available in Utah. And for a good part of the year, the weather is ideal for a round of 18 holes. There are cultural attractions in both the cities and more remote areas. If you are willing to go exploring, you will find a wealth of treasures. Explore old Wild West hideouts and discover the history behind the towns and cities. Outdoor enthusiasts can go whitewater rafting, hiking through the national parks, or mountain biking over the famous slick rock at Moab.

Activities and Attractions at Utah Vacation Houses

Utah is home to several national parks. Perhaps the two most well-known parks and favorite vacation spots are Bryce Canyon vacation rentals and Zion National Park cabins. Both of these parks have landscapes of distinctive red rock and canyons. There are several hiking trails and back roads that you can explore in all-terrain vehicles. It is a region that lends itself to photography and art inspiration. The mighty Colorado River and parts of the Grand Canyon cut across the southeastern corner of Utah. The Canyonlands and Arches National Parks can be found in this area. Lake Powell is one of the largest lakes in Utah and incorporates a length of the Colorado River. It is a huge recreational lake that is open to boating, waterskiing and fishing. There are nice sandy beaches and several marinas with boat launches and picnic areas. This is one of many lakes and reservoirs in Utah where you can enjoy recreational water sports.

For more exciting water activities, join a whitewater rafting excursion down the Colorado and ride some Grade V rapids that'll get the adrenalin going. Day trips and multi-day excursions are available. There are many regions that can be explored on horseback. Guided multi-day tours are available through local outfitters. There are also extensive mountain biking trails in Utah. Perhaps the most famous mountain biking region surrounds Moab vacation rentals. The snow skiing and snowboarding in Utah are legendary. There is an average of 500 inches of snow that falls annually in the Utah mountains at resorts like Park City vacation rentals and Deer Valley ski lodging, ensuring great skiing conditions. The peaks offer some challenging skiing for advanced skiers. Groomed trails cater to beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. There are 13 top quality ski resorts and most of them are within an hour's drive from Salt Lake City International Airport.

Seasons to Visit Utah Condos

The season that you choose to visit Utah will largely depend on your interests and the activities that you want to participate in. The ski season starts shortly after the first good snowfall and the resorts usually open in early December. If there are good snowfalls throughout the winter, the season can last until the middle or end of April. The peak ski season is from mid-December to mid-February. If you are wanting to go boating, rafting, biking or hiking, you may prefer to visit during the spring or summer months. This is also the best time of year to visit the National Parks.
