  • Great Family Friendly House

"Our family stayed here with some extended family for a few days between Christmas and New Years. The house had so much to offer for a diverse group. We enjoyed the piano, ping pong, hot tub, outdoor fire pit, steam shower, and the kids spent hours on the sleds going down the hills. There were fun little nooks for the kids to explore, a beautiful large screen tv for adults to watch football, open and spacious kitchen for 3+ cooks at a time. We went skiing one day at Sundance and tubing at Soldier Hollow in Midway. The trees were dense and protective and the view of Timp was very impressive. Great deal for a home that is truly a home and not just a museum for nice furniture."

  • KayeLynn & Marc

"We rented this lovely cabin for a family retreat/ long weekend in February. We had 5 couples and 7 children. This cabin had plenty of room. Note that one of the 5 bedrooms is in an open loft. The cabin was clean and well stocked with linens. Beds were comfortable. There is basic cookware and dishes. If you need something special, you should plan to bring it. There are no food staples, so we brought our own and did just fine. We also brought paper plates and plasticware as we had a large group and this worked well for us. We received about 2 ft or more of snow over the weekend, so sledding and snowshoeing was really fun. There are endless trails through quiet woods to enjoy. One of the DVD players didn't work, but we didn't miss it at all. The pool table, table hockey and air hockey tables were great! We were concerned about access to and from the cabin, but the driveway and the road were plowed intermittently during the snowfall. Leaving the cabin did require AWD/4WD WITH chains, so be prepared. We called Monica and Brian over the weekend about a minor problem with an outside door as well as the plowing situation. They were quick to respond and very helpful. Although Park City is about 40 minutes from the cabin, we didn't make the trip. We chose instead to enjoy being together in this quiet setting. We can strongly recommend this property as a getaway for family and friends. We hope to stay here again in summer! Monica and Brian, thank you!"

  • Excellent Property

"We enjoyed our stay at The French Quarter very much. We arrived 6/2/2014 and stayed thru 6/6/2014. The photos of this cottage are exactly what you get. It was by far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The grounds are equally as nice. It is convenient to everything in town. You can easily walk about anywhere. We would definitely return to this property. Even my French Bulldog gives it a thumbs up!"

Many people underestimate the great wealth of attractions that the state of Utah has. Many people are aware that there are many top ski resorts but do not realize that the attractions extend to other activities or seasons. Activities and Attractions at Utah Vacation Houses

Utah is home to several national parks. Perhaps the two most well-known parks and favorite vacation spots are Bryce Canyon vacation rentals and Zion National Park cabins. The peaks offer some challenging skiing for advanced skiers. Groomed trails cater to beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. There are 13 top quality ski resorts and most of them are within an hour's drive from Salt Lake City International Airport.

Seasons to Visit Utah Condos

The season that you choose to visit Utah will largely depend on your interests and the activities that you want to participate in. The ski season starts shortly after the first good snowfall and the resorts usually open in early December. If there are good snowfalls throughout the winter, the season can last until the middle or end of April. The peak ski season is from mid-December to mid-February. If you are wanting to go boating, rafting, biking or hiking, you may prefer to visit during the spring or summer months. This is also the best time of year to visit the National Parks.
