"I invited my extended family for a long weekend away and this home in Weston was really the perfect host for it. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, there were a few areas to hang out - just off the kitchen there are two sitting areas that are great for socializing (especially with the cooks or at cocktail hour) or reading, and at the other end of the house is a TV and game room, so even a large group can enjoy the house comfortably. The kitchen and dining area is really well set up for a large group cooking and eating in, with plenty of dishes, flatware, and unique pottery serving bowls. My family kept remarking on how at home they felt, and even though there was plenty of space for eight of us (and really plenty more) that it always felt cozy (and it was a cold weekend!). Skiing, snowshoeing, cross country, hiking, shopping, restaurants, groceries and markets are all nearby - it's really a great location.
Thanks so much to the owners for a great spot and for being wonderfully responsive and timely!
That said, no one better rent the week we want next year!"

"Our family of 5 reserved this condo at Smuggler's Notch for a family vacation over our spring break. The condo was simply fantastic. It was extremely clean, well cared for, comfortable, plenty of room for all and well equipped for cooking if you preferred staying in for meals. The owner bent over backward to make sure that we had good information about the resort, area restaurants and activities for our kids. The condo is a true ski in and ski out which was a huge plus for us. The resort ski lessons for our kids were terrific. The kids could not wait to go to them every morning. All of the staff there wants to make sure you are well taken care of as well.
We would definitely return to Smuggler's Notch, and without a doubt, rent this unit again for our stay. The owners were amazing to work with and having the "inside" information from them made our stay truly enjoyable. We would highly recommend the condo and the resort!"

"Perfect rental for long family ski weekend. The unit is clean and extremely convenient to all things Okemo. The owner was incredibly helpful and responded quickly to our questions throughout the rental process. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Would recommend this property again and again."

"This was a perfect property for my family of four and our four day, three night stay in Vermont in July. We were there so that I could run the Mad Marathon, and it was everything we needed it to be.
The kitchen is more than fully stocked with dishes, utensils, appliances, cookware and bakeware, and the local Shaw's supermarket (less than 10 minutes away) had everything we needed to cook in and save money on restaurants, not to mention be in control of my diet before my race!
The beds were very comfortable and the whole property was very clean, though a bit musty as you might expect when it isn't used as frequently in the summertime. A huge bonus was the washer and dryer - a stacked unit that can still handle good sized loads. Trust me when I say my *entire* family was grateful I was able to wash my race clothes before we headed home!!
An unexpected bonus was the game closet - the kids stayed entertained the entire time in large part because of the Outburst and Monopoly board games we found downstairs! The collection of DVDs was nice, too, and we enjoyed family movie night as I recovered from my race.
Super convenient to downtown Waitsfield, probably a 5-7 minute drive; only 30 minutes from Waterbury and about an hour from Burlington, where we went on a day trip on Monday. Great property, great value, and we would definitely stay again if we ever found ourselves in the heart of Vermont!"
