"This place is perfect. This was our second time visiting in three years. The house has plenty of space and you absolutely can't beat the privacy of the home. The yard is perfect for kids and there is access to a community beach and clubhouse. The fishing is great in the area as well.
All in all a spectacular place for vacation that is reasonably priced and Liz is fantastic to work with!"

Great Vermont getaway with amazing views and sunsets!
"We totally enjoyed our week at Ron & Dottie's cottage. The views are amazing and we had
some really great sunsets. Cottage is comfortable and accomodating. Kitchen provided
everything needed to cook some nice dinners. My husband grilled some delicious steaks
on the charcoal grill. Haven't used a charcoal grill in years. Our 2 grown sons and their godfather
joined us for a few days. Cottage was large enough to be comfortable with all of us and
our black lab as well. Loved being able to have Mack vacation with us, thanks for being pet
friendly.Enjoyed visiting the Belmont General store just down the road. Kevin, the owner, makes some
really great burgers, they're huge! We also enjoyed meeting Ron and Dottie who are super friendly
and very accomodating. Looking forward to returning next year!"

"A friend and I booked this cottage for a girls' getaway and a weekend of relaxation. We found it to be centrally located for all our outings in Waitsfield and Waterbury. The beds, sheets, pillows, and blankets are so cozy and comfortable -- I had the best night's sleep in a long time. For city folk, be prepared to be greeted by chickens on the front porch and hear them clucking away outside. As someone who grew up visiting my grandparents' farm, it brought me right back to my childhood. It was warm enough that we took a quick dip in the neighboring river and managed to: Have breakfast at The Big Picture Theater (top 5 breakfasts of my LIFE -- a must!), flea and farmer's markets in Waitsfield (a must if you are only there for the weekend and want to sample the local flavors and arts), the Ben & Jerry's factory, Cabot Annex and nearby distillery, Cider House & wine shop, antique shops, before ending our night at the cottage doing manicures and watching Harry Potter. Such a wonderfully relaxing weekend! Would love to come back in the fall for hiking or the winter for skiing! Pat was so kind, very responsive, and gave us a call to let us know my friend left her sweatshirt and had it ready when we came back around to retrieve it."
