"This property is truly amazing. The views are incredible. The amazing rock formation/ledge behind the house is so unique and provides the most wonderful place to enjoy the serenity of the Lake Champlain. The view of the Palisades is also just to the right and was an unexpected and delightful surprise. You can even make out the waterfalls! The house itself is of course, very old, and with that comes some of what you'd expect in a more mature dwelling. Don't expect typical modern conveniences (like lots of outlets or a totally bug free place--you're on the water after all at a lake house!) The bathrooms are pretty dated too. Overall, the home was quaint and nice-- although, it's second place compared to the 1st place views offered here. You should note that at the time of this writing, the guest cottage uses lake water (unlike the main house) so our family who stayed there bought bottled water to drink. Overall, a great trip! The views will remain in my memory forever!"

"Our family of four had a great ski vacation. It is the best ski resort we have been on the east cost. The propriety is at walking distance from the Sugarbush Mount Ellen lifts, which in my opinion are more interesting and less crowded than the Lincoln peak slopes (I grew up skining in the Swiss alps 2x per week). Well equipped kitchen, nicely decorated, great bedding, fantastic movie collection, fire place with as much wood as you would like. It felt like being at home. Anne and Pierre are very responsive, and pleasant. We will come back."

"My family loved this condo so much! The hosts and Amenities were amazing! Mike was very warm and inviting! Making sure we had all the 411 and things we needed to really enjoy our vacation! The ski 0n/0ff was the BEST! We were on the mountain in minutes enjoying its amazing trails! The daycare staff was totally on point and made me feel completely safe leaving my 11 month old for the day so my husband and I could board to our hearts content! We will definitely be returning and hopefully using Mike's condo again! Highly highly recommend this rental!"

"We were delighted to have the opportunity to stay at this luxury chalet the July 4 weekend. Who knew a ski resort could be so homey, stylish, rugged, fancy, super comfortable all at the same time! Every personality and every kind of traveler will find something that connects with their interests.
Of course it is for skiers - the decor as you enter will inform you about that. As you move to the living area, kitchen, and the bedrooms one is rewarded with eclectic pieces that are a mix of Vermont kitsch that defines the space as well as modern decor that delights the senses. The gondola is a step away and all resources are within the area.
But we went for a summer getaway and hike in the area and found the place spotlessly clean, the beds comfortable and the view from the deck is spectacular. The furniture, drapes, and linen give the room a very cozy look that draws you in for a restful night. And if you wanted, you could soak in the hot tub or simply take a walk in the many trails around the area. I highly recommend the place - as a getaway destination yet never isolated (there is Wifi); an adventure trip (ski or hike) or any get together."
