"WOW! My friends and I had the most amazing time at the Mountainside House. The house is huge and was able to accommodate all of our needs. Additionally, the cleaning and shuttle services were on point - we had no issues whatsoever and are trying to book our trip for next year already! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!"

"If you are looking for a property that has a big kitchen that opens into a wonderful living room where lots of folks can gather around a terrific fireplace than this home is for you! It has a warm rustic feel which is particularly welcoming to families and pets. The house is well cared for but not immaculate, which allowed me to relax more than worry. I had a great time here with my family this season. The owners are helpful and responsive."

"My parents, my husband and I had a wonderful two night stay in this adorable guest cottage. We were in town for a wedding and the accommodations couldn't have been better. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the loft was incredibly spacious and private. We were able to sneak away for a hike up Burnt Rock Mountain the morning of the wedding, which was only about a half hour away. Wonderful, friendly hosts. Highly recommended! Thanks, Pat!"

"Four of us from the Midwest spent a week in this charming lakeside camp during peak foliage color. The camp itself is very clean and super comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed just hanging out on the dock, the deck, or enjoying the view from inside. We really had a good time taking in the fall foliage festivals in the surrounding small towns. Groton State Forest is very close and offers a variety of interesting hiking options and amazing scenic views. Farther away attractions we took in were the Shelburne Museum and Mt. Washington. We never ran out of things to do, but, if we did there was a lot of information about nearby activities and attractions in books and folders at the camp. The owner was very helpful in answering questions about the best time to visit, how to get to the camp, and in making sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and relatives - in fact, we already have! This is a beautiful part of the state, and a perfect place to stay to enjoy it."
