  • Many wonderful stays at this Traditional Farm Home for all seasons.

"What a wonderful time we always have in this perfect getaway home; it's always a great way to escape. Whether it's in the winter, with the snow and coziness of the home, or summer, enjoying the reservoir and the great lawn. Our family and friends have created wonderful memories. This home is far enough away from all the craziness of the Killington access rd. but yet a short drive to Ski and Hike this beautiful area. I recommend families to use it for Reunions, Skiing & Kayaking."

  • Beautiful Grounds and Wonderful Home

"My three friends and I went to stay in this beautiful and spacious home for Memorial Day Weekend. We were looking for a relaxing environment for a girls getaway and it turned out perfectly. The two rooms we spent the most time in were the kitchen and the living/dining room. These rooms have wide windows with amazing views of the mountains and while we read and engaged in other activities, most of the time we just looked out on the mountains and talked about the beauty of the scenery surrounding us. My small dog, Ruby was with us for the trip and she enjoyed accompanying us on the many walks we took on the property. You can walk and walk walk and you are still on the beautiful property. We took many pictures, as the scenery is constantly changing. One morning we woke to a fog filled mountainside, where the clouds descended onto the mountains, looking like whipped cream on an ice cream sundae. The next morning greeted us with an entirely different scene with bright sun and a clear view. If you enjoy birding, bring your binoculars. There is a wonderful array of birds flying around. We found a book on birding in the house and sat in the kitchen with binoculars identifying each one we saw. If you venture off the property, there are wonderful galleries and studios in the area. Driving around allows you to see the beauty of Vermont, but a favorite activity of ours was speaking with the locals. We found everyone to be friendly and we enjoyed getting recommendations of where to visit next from those living in the area. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a Farmhouse getaway. It was perfect in every way for us and we are hoping to visit again soon!"

  • Comfortable and convenient proximity to Burlington

"My family and I enjoyed our stay. Nice setting. The in-law style apartment was cozy and clean. One recommendation - the kitchen could have use few more dishes. The hot tub was a good feature."

  • Visit to see fall colours

"Great old world character cottage, perfect for two of us visiting. We were looking to stay in and cook each night - probably a fraction too far if you wanted to eat out at local restaurants. Near to Woodstock and other areas of interest. Easy to find - although coming from the West may be easier than the East depending on direction of appraoch."
