"We stayed with our family of four in this great house and had a fantastic time relaxing in the rolling forested mountains of northern Vermont. The house pictures posted online don't do this place justice with its idyllic views of the green lush mountains and captivating sunsets. When not at the house, we enjoyed nearby activities including hiking, biking, visiting Daniel's, Shadow, Caspian and Willoughby lakes.
Other nearby activities include microbreweries in Greensboro and Morrisville, great public libraries and the very friendly townspeople who make you feel a part of the community."

"Great place. This is my third year staying here. Great location. Tons of activities for kids in the village within walking distance (rec path, malt shop, playground, restaurants). Many other outdoor activities just a short drive away."

"The place was beautiful. 4 bedrooms at the top, 2 at the bottom and 3 bathrooms. Plenty of space for everybody. There's an outdoor hot tub with indoor sauna, ping pong table at the lower level and a nice area to hang coats at the entrance. Some of the appliances are outdated but worked well. Minor wear here and there but overall a really pleasant place to stay! Host was very friendly and accommodating. The place is really near to the stowe village/main street. Do walk around the area surrounding the property. There's a nice river with cute bridges on the right of the house. If you follow the river trail, you get a decent walk with beautiful view!"

"For the second year in a row, our extended family (aunts, uncles, cousins, siblings, etc.) stayed at Amee Farm Inn for Christmas week. What a great place to hang out and relax after the frenetic holidays! Some of us enjoyed taking long walks on the back roads of Pittsfield, while the young families with children booked sleigh riding excursions nearby or hiked the trails of the farm across the street. Many of us went off visited local towns like Woodstock, for lunch and novelty shopping. While last year we thoroughly enjoyed sleigh riding on the hills of Amee Farm, this year there was no snowfall. That is not to say that we were disappointed, as there are so many fun things to do in the area. The innkeepers at Amee are very helpful and give you a choice of having their presence throughout your stay right in the Inn or just contacting them on their cells should a problem arise. One day we noticed it was chilly in the main room and after one call to the innkeeper, a maintenance man showed up to remedy the situation. I highly recommend Amee Farm for large groups and my one suggestion is that guests book the place as a large group as opposed to various families who don't know each other staying there together. I say this because I believe that although the 15 bedrooms can accommodate different small groups, the main rooms are not conducive to privacy among strangers. Our large family felt very, very comfortable hanging out together and spreading out throughout the Inn."
