"Beautiful lake house in a quiet area. The house is well maintained and clean. The layout and size of the house is ideal for multiple families vacationing together. An easy drive to Burlington and Montreal. The outdoor area is private and very relaxing. Wonderful views of the lake. The pictures displayed accurately reflect what the property has to offer. I would recommend bringing bulk grocery items with you however there is a little market with essentials on the island with excellent homemade fudge. I would recommend highly recommend this property."

"We spent a recent 4th of July weekend holiday at the house with friends and family. We had a wonderful experience. The house easily accommodated our large group, with plenty of places to sleep for all. We all very much enjoyed the farmhouse ambiance, and comfortable accommodations. The kids absolutely loved the trampoline and custom treehouse. Dealing with the owners was easy and straightforward. We're completely satisfied with the experience, and would gladly return for another visit."

"Got back to our " home away from home" after having to miss it last year with some personal problems and it was better than ever! My wife and I and the 3 dogs had a great time and plenty of room for my daughter,my son and his wife and even my sister came up for a few days. The weather was up and down for the 12 days, ranging from 35 one day to 81 on Oct.14th,amazing! We did everything we wanted to do and then some. Thank you to Ed and Linda for being such wonderful people. Save me a spot for next year my friend.......Val and Linda Caruso. Hamden,Ct."

"This house was as described and had plenty of room for our 19 person bachelor party, including parking, sleeping, dining and leisure space. Although the owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with, the rental process was a bit more cumbersome than others I have encountered. Be prepared to pay the entirety of the rental fee and deposit several months before your group actually visits, as well as provide copies of your drivers licenses, and overnight all paperwork via FedEx. I understand this is because the owner is out of state and wants to make sure all the "ducks are in a row", but I found the steps to rent inconvenient and hard to coordinate for a large non-family group. That having been said, the owner was fair and up front about these policies and very responsive to any inquiries we had along the way. He provided many suggestions for activities in the area, and it was clear he had actually used and enjoyed the house himself. He gave us a more reasonable rate since we went in May, and the Killington scene was different than its most popular winter season. I think the house would be great to rent as a winter ski rental as well, as it is right on the access road and the driveway would not be bad in winter conditions. The hot tub (we only rented one but there are two that seem the same) was quite large and clean, and we used it even though it was pretty warm out because it was of such high quality. I have to say that the coolest part of the house is the photos of the owner climbing trees with lions though. I would definitely consider staying here again."
