"When warm, gracious and welcoming hosts, lovely views, antique- without- being-overbearing appointed accommodations with breathing room for all, ease of exploration,
and price come together... you have gold. This property and the hosts, Marsha and Dave, are gold. Our only place to stay when in the area!!!!"

"Just recently I had the pleasure of staying at the Trailside Inn in the Farmhouse and it was everything I was hoping for! An amazing place to get away and relax! An awesome staff, great atmosphere, fantastic views, close to food or anything else you may want! I have just found my go to Inn in VT!"

"Vermont is beautiful in the fall. The whole state seems to be full of charming small towns. We have never visited a cleaner or more friendly place. One day we drove to Center Harbor NH, the site of Keepsake Quilting (I'm a quilter). The difference in the two places was astonishing. Stay in Vermont! We both loved the Shelburn Museum and getting to see Lake Champlain. We loved southern VT and mainly explored the small towns around Jamica. The house was just as lovely as promised, loved the gas fireplace stove, the kitchen well equipped, the tub lovely. My husband painted, took a million pictures, and we both RELAXED. Loved it, hated to leave."

"We enjoyed a long weekend with another family (four adults and three kids) in this charming converted schoolhouse. It was immaculate, well-equipped and very comfortable. Beautifully renovated and sunny, the house has lovely views and nice location in the country. It is about 25 minutes from Stowe Village so near enough as a ski outpost. We would love to return either winter or spring/fall."
