"This is the second time my family has stayed at these condos in Jay and we plan to return every year for our reunion...it was that good. From the very first time I reached out to Bill, the owner, he was very responsive, gracious, accommodating and really made us feel like the details of our stay would be taken care of right down to making sure there was propane in the gas tanks for a bbq. The condos are outfitted with everything you would need as if you were at home including a large variety of games to play, movies to watch, portable speakers for your iphones and books to read. The kitchens are complete with all the dishes, appliances and gadgets for family style dinners. The rooms were nicely appointed, the beds were comfortable and the linen, towels and toiletries were stocked. We loved using both condos since it was so convenient to have two kitchens and four bathrooms and having both condos allowed the kids to play downstairs while the adults could visit upstairs. We took advantage of the door to door resort shuttle service who took the kids to the pool and arcade. Within walking or a short driving distance, we visited the shops at the lodge, used the water park, swimming pool, golf course and ice skating rink. There are multiple hiking trails in the area and we hiked up one of them to the top of Jay mountain. We drove to Newport and rented bikes and rode to the Canadian border and then stopped for ice cream at the Pick & Shovel. We ended our trip with Sunday brunch at the Eastside Restaurant in Newport on the lake. We were sad that the week had to come to an end. Bill followed up during and after our stay to make sure everything was good. This was by far the best trip we have EVER had as a family. We look forward to staying at these lovely condos next year and repeating all of the adventures."

"We enjoyed our stay at Fox Meadow! The view was stunning and provided a quiet environment for our family to relax and visit. The accommodations were comfortable with plenty of room for all. We loved the traditional "Vermont Country House" and would come back again! We enjoyed visiting with Meredith, the owner! She was great and was available to answer any of our questions."

"This was a perfect property for my family of four and our four day, three night stay in Vermont in July. We were there so that I could run the Mad Marathon, and it was everything we needed it to be.
The kitchen is more than fully stocked with dishes, utensils, appliances, cookware and bakeware, and the local Shaw's supermarket (less than 10 minutes away) had everything we needed to cook in and save money on restaurants, not to mention be in control of my diet before my race!
The beds were very comfortable and the whole property was very clean, though a bit musty as you might expect when it isn't used as frequently in the summertime. A huge bonus was the washer and dryer - a stacked unit that can still handle good sized loads. Trust me when I say my *entire* family was grateful I was able to wash my race clothes before we headed home!!
An unexpected bonus was the game closet - the kids stayed entertained the entire time in large part because of the Outburst and Monopoly board games we found downstairs! The collection of DVDs was nice, too, and we enjoyed family movie night as I recovered from my race.
Super convenient to downtown Waitsfield, probably a 5-7 minute drive; only 30 minutes from Waterbury and about an hour from Burlington, where we went on a day trip on Monday. Great property, great value, and we would definitely stay again if we ever found ourselves in the heart of Vermont!"

"My family and I stayed at this home for a weekend fall getaway and enjoyed every moment! The fall foliage is beautiful, and the location slopeside is perfect for any time of year. Spectacular views! The home is appointed with everything you could desire, including a heated mudroom for future ski trips! The linens and amenities are top notch, and the home was perfectly clean. The hot tub is a treat at the end of the day, and the layout of the kitchen and living room is perfect for a group (not to mention the upstairs game room!). We will definitely be back for a cozy, high end vacation! I can't recommend highly enough!"
