  • Everything I thought it would be....and more

"I stayed at this cozy little cabin in October. Ron was a great host. The cabin was exactly like the pictures show. Its remote, yet close to the General Store or a short drive to the next town. I loved my vacation, and this little slice of heaven so very much! Thank you for allowing me to stay in your cabin, and I hope to see you again soon! Happy Holidays :)"

  • Excellent location, owner super attentive!

"This was a last minute booking when the snow started to fall late April at Jay Peak. As a family we were not done skiing if there was a chance for fresh powder! With it being so late in the season, we looked at the actual resort. But out of loyalty to VBBO and the fact that we always book this way, we also reached out about this condo. Susie responded right away and we managed to complete the booking within an hour. We drove 4.5 hours and checked in that night! The condo was fully prepped for us and very clean. It is a great size, with plenty of room and two full bathrooms. The living room is large and the dining area was huge! There are upgraded appliances including a gas stove, fridge with automatic ice maker and water dispenser and an above average dish washer (not basic like most condos). This is as close as it gets to true ski in/ski out. We were right on the side of Grammy Jay. With the ski locker at the front door, we literally walked 10 feet, snapped on the skis and then ran down to the village chair. At lunch or the end of the day, our kids loved going over the ski bridge to get back to the Condo. This condo is not really within quick walking distance of the base lodge, ice rink and water park. but its a very short drive away. (or a quick ski!) It did not matter to us though, we popped down with the kids quickly, there is plenty of free parking and we were there primarily to ski. And man was the skiing amazing. Overall, a great experience. We will look to book this one again."

  • Exceeded Expectations

"We were in town for a swim meet at Middlebury College and stayed with two other couples. The space was perfect! The home is clearly a labor of love and the custom work is beautiful. The location was great, close to the college and also a perfect street to walk on and enjoy the views. We highly recommend staying here!"

  • Comfortablev with a nice view

"The owner, Richard, was very accommodating and responsive. The condo was clean and well maintained. It gets nice light and has a mountain view from the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom is large and the second bedroom is a good size. Each bedroom has its own sink which was convenient. The Jack and Jill bath upstairs worked out well. Brand new flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. We stayed for a week and enjoyed the condo and all that Quechee had to offer."
