  • Great in the off season

"My family stayed here in June for an extended family get together. There were 2 grandparents, 4 parents and 4 kids - 10 of us in total. The house is located in a very convenient location. We are looking forward to a winter get away with skiing!"

  • Ski Conference Combo

"Excellent condo within a fabulous resort. Family had a great time while I attended surgical conference on site. Skiing was excellent in both terrain and facilities. Staff was wonderful and made stay even more pleasant. Rental unit was very nicely appointed and served our family well."

  • Mom and Daughter together again after year of being separated 1/2 way around world!

"What a perfect spot for a very happy reunion! And.... son's family about 20 min. away. The condo is exactly as described with a beautiful view of Mt. Mansfield included. The weather was extremely hot and humid but the trick we were told of running A/Cs in both bedrooms and closing up downstairs worked very well.Everything we needed was supplied and in good working order.Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful..In addition to all the outside recreational activities Stowe is a veritable treasure trove of good markets, shops, galleries and restaurants! Also live arts performances abound. Well worth the visit! We would most certainly recommend staying here."

  • There aren't enough stars for this property!!!

"My entire family just returned from spending Christmas in Quechee at the most amazing rental house you could ever hope to find. This spectacular farmhouse is absolutely made for large family gatherings. The kitchen is huge and has gorgeous granite countertops. The ambiance of the room’s design kept drawing all of us in, not just to eat, but to play games, tell stories, etc. We also found ourselves congregating in the large living room, cozying up to a crackling fire. The owner spared nothing when selecting her furniture. It is all so comfortable, we would find ourselves occasionally nodding off to la-la-land. The layout of the house is very open and spacious, with spectacular views from every room. Even with a large family, we never found ourselves on top of one another. There were so many rooms to enjoy. The bedrooms are all very different, but very roomy and cozy. Our two grandchildren LOVED their large room and slept in two built-in beds under the eaves with a sliding window in between so they could talk to one another. Curtains closed off both beds, which added to the fun. The game room was a huge hit for everyone. The ping pong table, pool table and air hockey were our favorites. The hot tub was also very popular with some. And we loved having access to a washer and dryer. The large dining room has a beautiful antique table that easily fit everyone in our family. Having three generations eating dinner together by candlelight on Christmas Day made this mother’s heart overflow with gratitude. There is nothing the owner hasn’t thought of when it comes to a beautifully furnished, large and welcoming home. And it was immaculately clean. I felt as if it was hugging us when we arrived, especially when we read a lovely note from Jen in a basket with little gifts for everyone --- even for a new grandchild due this month. The dogs had their own fenced-in yard. There was downhill skiing nearby, sledding, and cross-country skiing. In the warmer months there is tennis on the property, a phenomenal long porch that would fit a gang, a pond, golf and a pool across the road... Thank you so much for EVERYTHING, Jen! You couldn’t have been nicer to work with and we absolutely love, love, LOVE your farmhouse!"
