"I had a wonderful stay at the cottage this weekend. I loved stepping right out onto the beach to take a walk along the shore or go for a refreshing dip in the water. I enjoyed sitting on the cozy porch every morning, taking in the views. (There is great wifi, also making the porch the perfect place to get some work done.) There are many activities nearby with something for everyone, from an awesome bike path out over the water, to canoes, hiking, running, sailing, and much more. I would definitely recommend it for families or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway on the lake. I look forward to going back in the future and spending more time at Camp Cunningham!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Maya. A four generation group from ages 3 - 87 were all able to stay together at one place. Plenty of room for family dinners, with enough smaller spaces for groups to be apart when needed (like the 3-yr old nap time). Even though our weather was not completely perfect, we were able to get out on the lake in the canoes and have one day of good swimming and floating time. The owner is very accommodating and quick to respond to messages. Be careful on the steps to the auxiliary house after it rains - they get very slippery, and one of us took a tumble! Fortunately, just bruises, but it's something to watch out for."

"This property is truly amazing. The views are incredible. The amazing rock formation/ledge behind the house is so unique and provides the most wonderful place to enjoy the serenity of the Lake Champlain. The view of the Palisades is also just to the right and was an unexpected and delightful surprise. You can even make out the waterfalls! The house itself is of course, very old, and with that comes some of what you'd expect in a more mature dwelling. Don't expect typical modern conveniences (like lots of outlets or a totally bug free place--you're on the water after all at a lake house!) The bathrooms are pretty dated too. Overall, the home was quaint and nice-- although, it's second place compared to the 1st place views offered here. You should note that at the time of this writing, the guest cottage uses lake water (unlike the main house) so our family who stayed there bought bottled water to drink. Overall, a great trip! The views will remain in my memory forever!"
