"it could not have been better. We were there for my sons parents weekend...and it was great.. there was nothing missing. had all the comforts of home. the condo was beautiful, with the most comfortable beds and pillows, kitchen had everything we needed, and the views of the mountains was picture perfect.. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful to all our needs....the rental company who took care of our reservations, were great, always helpful with answering questions we had to make our say perfect. and putting fresh milk and juice in the fridge. I have to say this was one of our best vacations, my children want me to book again for next year, and I think so too... thank you Stowe mountain lodge for such a wonderful time.It was first class all the way...Hope to see you next year.. I would definetly recommend this to friends and family...You must do some hiking and horseback riding..so fun.."

  • Wonderful Place to Stay in Stowe - Highly Recommended

"We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this rental. We found the place exactly as advertised, although the pictures do not do it justice. The apartment was clean, stocked with all standard amenities, and well-maintained. The fireplace is operated by remote control and puts out a lot of heat. Butler House is located in the middle of Stowe, which allowed us to walk to restaurants and shops. The owners have been very easy to deal with (not that we had any complaints). We recommend the Blue Moon Cafe (right across the street) for a terrific dinner. Overall, our experience has been great, and we whole-heartedly recommend this apartment."

  • Great house for big group!

"We had a great MLK weekend up in Vermont. The house was fully equipped and there was plenty of bedding and kitchen supplies. Owner was great! He was very helpful and very prompt responding to emails. House is great for a large group. We have young kids and there were plenty of games for them to play with too after a long day of skiing. All in all I would definitely recommend this home for a large family or group of friends!"

  • Convenient location, yet secluded

"My friends and I rented this house for a weekend of snowboarding. Although the weather ended up being kinda crummy, the house was great. Super close to the lifts, and a few places within minutes to eat at or grab some groceries. Even though it was on what seemed to be the main road up the mountain, it felt very secluded. The bedrooms were nice, with one of the rooms being absolutely huge (the one with 2 queen beds) and although we didn't need to use any air mattresses, there was plenty of space for them if we had. The hot tub was AMAZING in the cold blizzard-like weather! The house is cozy and we had everything we needed for a fun weekend! Peter was very helpful with answering my never-ending questions prior to arrival. All in all it was a great weekend and id love to go back soon!!"
