"My girlfriend and I spent a long weekend here and loved this cottage. Mary is a gracious host and the house has everything you will need. The property is beautiful with mountain views and a crystal clear pond. We also loved the location of this cottage in central Vermont. Thank you Mary for being such a great host."

"This is our 2nd year back @ the house & the 9th yr of our group ski trip. This is the best house we have ever stayed @. Nick is the best owner to ever deal with. I highly recommend this house. This house is beautiful. There is so much to do after a day of skiing, and is located to go to a few different ski resorts. U will not b disappointed with this house or owner."

"Even before we arrived at the cabin, the owner was most responsive in answering my questions which is why I chose this cabin for our vacation. As soon as I walked in, I felt right a home as the photos accurately reflected the rental's appearance and amenities. The property was clean but some trimming of the greenery facing the road could have been trimmed so that we had a better view of the lake.
The description is that it is secluded, which to some extent it is, but it is also adjacent to Scenic Route 100, so there could be a lot of car and motorcycle noise during the day. However, the location was most convenient as it afforded us access to many other parts of Vermont to explore and to hike. The biggest town, Ludlow, with shopping and restaurants, was about 15 minutes away. Everything we needed for a week's stay in a vacation cottage was provided.
The cabin had a dock but it had gotten damaged in the July 4th rains just before our stay, making it unusable. The owner was generous enough to give us a discount on our rental fee for the week, which was unexpected.
Should we return to Vermont for a vacation, we would certainly consider staying here again."

"I spent a couple days at New Years here and had just a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean, well maintained, and comfortable. It was perfect for a larger group - there is great communal space, a wonderful fire place, and enough room for people to spread out without feeling crowded. 9 people slept comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked for most cooking projects, even those on the ambitious side. Tamara was excellent - so responsive, gave great tips about the area, and was really quick to answer questions. And although we spent most of the time just lounging in the house, the area right near by is quite fun - Simon Pierce is just down the road, a group of us went to the King Arthur Flour Mill and to the Quechee Gorge. Although this winter the snow has been less than excellent the place is really convenient to Killington and Pico Mountains. We are looking forward to coming back!"
