"The five of us, 2 adults and 3 large teenagers, had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was clean, convenient, the right size, and 100 yards walk from the slopes so no car needed to drive to the mountain."

"We stayed over New Years! Fabulous house. Everything very new. The master suite is on first level and has a great bath. There is a living area adjacent to the large kitchen which is very nice, the living area here has a pull out sofa which isn't stated in the listing - we didn't use it but it is there. Two other bedrooms on this main floor, with another bath. Downstairs there is a game room which has air hockey and a pool table, and in a another less finished area there is ping pong. There are two well appointed bedrooms downstairs, and a futon in the game room. Both downstair bedrooms have two twins, and one of those rooms also has a futon. We were 3 couples each with 2 kids, and everyone had plenty of room. Kids really enjoyed all the game tables. downstairs TV in game room too. All baths new. Whole house is very light, lots of sun through big windows. It is very close to Okemo. 5 minute ride to base lodge parking at Okemo. The owners could not be nicer. Very accessible, called to check we were OK, called after our stay to see if it met our expectations."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Belmont Treetops. Owner Janet greeted us with homemade brownies and helpful information about nearby state parks and things to do in the area. The rental was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished, outfitted with all that we needed. We slept with the windows open at night, listening to the wind in the trees and relaxed in the Adirondack chairs with views of the mountains during the day. For those who enjoy photography, there are many interesting local sights including an old cemetery down the road. Thanks, Janet and Paul for a great time. We hope to return someday."

"The wife and I with our two teenage boys, found this fantastic condo available for a long weekend. I have been renting ski area condos for week/weekend trips for over 30 years. I must say that this was one of the best I have ever rented. FULLY stocked with everything you could need. Pots and pans in excellent condition. (never had that before in a rental) paper products and everyday supplies were abundant. Firewood right outside the door(never lit a fire) but a stack of starts was there at the ready. The short walk (30 Yards) to the slopes made it an easy start every morning and a great mid day stop. We bought our tickets online ahead of time and found we could pick them up Friday night at the clock tower, this made the trip even better. We never had to move the truck or stand in a ticket line. We skied right to the lift. Found the "Bubble" lift was the only line we had to stand in and avoided it for most of the trip. Never a line at any other lift all weekend.
The place is may be a wee bit difficult to find, but we were blessed to have the owners meet us at the bottom with the key and give us a personal tour up the mountain.
As for the owners. Two of the nicest people I have met in a long time. I can't wait to speak with them again and rent this unit over and over.
If there is a downside, it would have to be the steps. Not everything could be perfect!!!"
