"I stayed at this cozy little cabin in October. Ron was a great host. The cabin was exactly like the pictures show. Its remote, yet close to the General Store or a short drive to the next town. I loved my vacation, and this little slice of heaven so very much! Thank you for allowing me to stay in your cabin, and I hope to see you again soon! Happy Holidays :)"

"Talk about a beautiful view! The cottage was an excellent destination for a girl’s weekend away. My daughter and I traveled to the cottage with my 2 fur babies for a spring skiing/snowboarding retreat. Our "home base" was located centrally to both Killington and Okemo Mountains. The accommodations were neat, clean, inviting as well as comfortable. Loved having a washer and dryer at our disposal as well as a dishwasher, DVD player, TV, 2 baths etc., great deck to relax on too after all of the adventures close at hand! Nothing was left to want. I highly recommend to anyone whether couple or family. Hoping to get back this summer for hiking and/or biking and in the fall for leaf peeping...did I mention the view?"

"Even before we arrived at the cabin, the owner was most responsive in answering my questions which is why I chose this cabin for our vacation. As soon as I walked in, I felt right a home as the photos accurately reflected the rental's appearance and amenities. The property was clean but some trimming of the greenery facing the road could have been trimmed so that we had a better view of the lake.
The description is that it is secluded, which to some extent it is, but it is also adjacent to Scenic Route 100, so there could be a lot of car and motorcycle noise during the day. However, the location was most convenient as it afforded us access to many other parts of Vermont to explore and to hike. The biggest town, Ludlow, with shopping and restaurants, was about 15 minutes away. Everything we needed for a week's stay in a vacation cottage was provided.
The cabin had a dock but it had gotten damaged in the July 4th rains just before our stay, making it unusable. The owner was generous enough to give us a discount on our rental fee for the week, which was unexpected.
Should we return to Vermont for a vacation, we would certainly consider staying here again."
