"We spent four wonderful days at this inviting cabin. This is Vermont the way we remembered it. Everything you need is included to relax and enjoy the mountain air and sweeping vistas. The caretaker gave me a quick fly fishing lesson which helped me land a rainbow trout from the pond. I returned him for the next lucky angler. You’ll get your exercise going up and down the spiral staircase leading to the bedrooms. If you have health concerns may need to consider this when choosing this property.
Thanks for everything!"

"We rented this property for our daughter's graduation from Dartmouth (20 minutes away) and were completely charmed by the whole experience. It is a spacious, very welcoming and well-appointed home with all the amenities one could want for every season and then some! Thoroughly enjoyed watching hot air balloons from the wrap around porch in the morning. The views are spectacular. It also conveniently located near the Quechee Country Club, where you are given guest privileges. We loved our rounds of golf and a meal at the club. The owner, Jen, is efficient to deal with and most hospitable. We would definitely return and highly recommend this farmhouse!"

"We had three generations of our family from five different states gathering in Quechee to celebrate a wedding and this house could not have met our needs better. We rented both the main house and the guest house so we had plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. It was so much better than renting hotel rooms. Not only did we save money on rooms and meals but it gave us a comfortable place and relax and catchup with one another between wedding activities. After our long journeys it was nice to arrive at a clean home that was all set for us. We found the kitchen well stocked with enough dishes and silverware to supply our large group. The home is just minutes from the Quechee Inn where the wedding was held so it was very convenient traveling to and from the venue. It is also very close to the Quechee Club with its great golfing and skiing opportunities. It was a little past prime leaf season but we still enjoyed a lovely walk along the roads of this quiet country neighborhood. With its million dollar view of the valley, fireplace and screened in porch this home is a great vacation spot any time of year. I don’t know who arranged for the hot air balloon to sail through the valley on Saturday morning but that was a great treat for all of us. We would definitely rent this home again."

"We stayed in this home over Christmas break. The location is perfect. Quechee clubhouse is walkable distance, woodstock is 10 minutes, and Pico mountain(killington) is about a 30 min drive. We skied Pico at least 4 times over the week, and found the drive to be very easy. The house itself is spacious, well maintained and comfortable. The very large basement area is the perfect place to send the kids off to play. The kitchen had every appliance we could possibly need and was a joy to cook in. The bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable. What more can I say other than I can't wait to go back!"
