"Property is right on the lake and has easy access to the water. Two large decks, plenty of room.
The property was not ready when we arrived but the owner responded quickly and made a price adjustment.
Vrbo did not respond to my attempts to contact them regarding this problem."

"We have stayed here for two years now and plan to make it three. The house has everything we need. Very quiet, clean, cozy, and comfortable. Great place for couples and larger families.
We spent many days and evenings just enjoying the view of the lake but there is plenty of dining, shopping, and sight seeing locations within a short drive to make the location perfect. From the waterfront in Burlington to the White Mountains of New Hampshire, this location is great for daily excursions.
If you are looking to experience Vermont, you can't go wrong with this location."

"We rented this house with a group of friends and absolutely loved it! From the moment you walk in, you feel that you are on vacation! The house itself is beautiful, clean, and easily accommodated our group of 11. We loved cooking in the fully stocked kitchen as well as relaxing by the fire in the comfy living room. Hot tub and downstairs game room ensured that we always had something to do when we weren't experiencing top notch skiing at the mountain and winter outdoor activities at the Nordic Center. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for the best Jay has to offer!"

"This was the first time I ever rented a vacation home and I am so happy I did. The pictures do not do the house justice. The pond, which is more similar to a lake was still and beautiful. I loved waking up to the fall foliage on the neighboring mountains and seeing the thin steam/fog floating away as the day began to warm. Jennifer has everything you can think of to make the house feel more like home. With two children under the age of 4, it becomes a necessity to have dinner at home. Not only is there full cutlery, pots, pans and plates but also items like strainers and cheese graters. I was so impressed. All the appliances are new, there are fresh linens, and a washer and dryer. Which i did use to help clean up some of the linens we used. The yard was great for the kids to run around in. I only wish we could have used the fire pit but the weather got a bit too chilly. For future renters... The place is remote (forest and corn fields along the way) but all this is exactly what a family of New Yorkers was looking for. Thank you again Jennifer for letting us use your beautiful home and we look forward to returning."
