"We stayed in this home over Christmas break. The location is perfect. Quechee clubhouse is walkable distance, woodstock is 10 minutes, and Pico mountain(killington) is about a 30 min drive. We skied Pico at least 4 times over the week, and found the drive to be very easy. The house itself is spacious, well maintained and comfortable. The very large basement area is the perfect place to send the kids off to play. The kitchen had every appliance we could possibly need and was a joy to cook in. The bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable. What more can I say other than I can't wait to go back!"

"We Arrived to find our place exactly as described and Hosts very pleasant. Our lodgings were very clean comfortable and peaceful, enjoyed long walks around the property. Especially liked the fact we had a short distance to travel for shopping dining and the highway, a great central location."

"This home was in the perfect location for the event we were attending. We loved that it had two bedrooms with kingsize beds and two bedrooms with queen size beds, perfect for four couples. Also, having three bathrooms was a plus. It was neat and clean and exactly as we were told it would be. The kitchen and dining area were large enough for our crew for breakfast and one evening meal. On the first night we ate at Simon Pearce's Restaurant, it was outstanding. Two things I will comment on. Some of us like to read before retiring. The light in some of the bedrooms was not the best for this. Also, we never know what the coffee situation will be like when we rent a place such as this. There was a coffee pot there, but we forgot to bring coffee. Could I recommend a keurig? We have found that several places are now providing them. It would be easy and if it is advertised, renters could just be sure to bring their on k cups. We ended up just going to a dunkin' donuts for coffee. Overall wonderful weekend."

"We had three generations of our family from five different states gathering in Quechee to celebrate a wedding and this house could not have met our needs better. We rented both the main house and the guest house so we had plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. It was so much better than renting hotel rooms. Not only did we save money on rooms and meals but it gave us a comfortable place and relax and catchup with one another between wedding activities. After our long journeys it was nice to arrive at a clean home that was all set for us. We found the kitchen well stocked with enough dishes and silverware to supply our large group. The home is just minutes from the Quechee Inn where the wedding was held so it was very convenient traveling to and from the venue. It is also very close to the Quechee Club with its great golfing and skiing opportunities. It was a little past prime leaf season but we still enjoyed a lovely walk along the roads of this quiet country neighborhood. With its million dollar view of the valley, fireplace and screened in porch this home is a great vacation spot any time of year. I don’t know who arranged for the hot air balloon to sail through the valley on Saturday morning but that was a great treat for all of us. We would definitely rent this home again."
