  • Summer Wedding Stay

"This is a wonderful house with an open an spacious feel, lots of privacy and very attentive management. It is just off Rt 108 (set back on a side road), convenient to Smuggler's Notch, Jeffersonville & Cambridge. Wonderful view across an open field. Great yard and deck. The kitchen is awesome--high end appliances, great flow and a large breakfast island. Interior is beautiful. Wi-Fi is excellent access and there is a computer for guests to use. The living area is very comfortable. The vibes are good and the place is thoroughly relaxing. There are toys available for kids under 9. Everything was well stocked. We had a minor AC issue the first night and the manager (the owner's son-in-law) was right over the next morning to swap out a replacement. Highly recommend this property."

  • Gorgeous home in a perfect location

"This house has it all! Central air? Yes. Central vacuum? yes. Central stereo? Yes. Huge outdoor hot tub? yes. Steam shower? yes. Jacuzzi bath? yes. Flat screen televisions in every room? yes. Ping pong and foosball in the basement? yes. Laundry? YES YES YES! It's near Topnotch and is close enough to village to be handy when you run out of something at the last minute and remote enough that you still feel like you're in the country. Ski mountains are just up the road as are the hiking trails and Bingham Falls. The home is well-managed and the few things that came up during our visit were handled swiftly by the local agent. Really, this is the perfect home for two families (up to four parents and four kids) vacationing together...two of the bedrooms have big beds for the grown-ups and the third bedroom has two twins and a full. One thing to keep in mind is that the master bedroom is up a separate set of stairs (above the garage) from the rest of the bedrooms (2nd floor of home)..if your kids are quite young, this might pose a problem."

  • Weekend on the Mad River

"My family of 5 + dog just spent a lovely weekend in the fresh fall foliage sleeping to the sounds of the Mad River. This home met all of our needs, including a renovated kitchen that would suit every chef. The location can't be beat since you are right of of VT 100 and don't hear a car, just the gorgeous sound of the river. Visit the Warren Store for delicious sandwiches - you can see how busy they are from the house!"

  • 2 Adults and 5 Teens

"We are a family of 7 that all enjoy skiing and snowboarding - location worked out perfectly for our group; well-equipped with all required amenities, as well as many small items that most would forget to bring along. Environment was very cozy and comfortable, with the ease of access and return to the mountain making the logistics for this groupd very simple to manage. We would definitely return -"
