This house is the best (and the owners are terrific)!
"For starters, the location is fantastic. A mile or so from the village and 2-3 from the mountain. The owners, Jackie and Mike, were extremely helpful and were in contact all the way up the day of arrival. The made themselves very available to us for anything we needed which turned out to be nothing as their home was stocked with everything we needed. The home itself is spacious. We had 4 adults and 5 boys between 13-18. Plenty of beds and sleeping for all of us and we were never in each others way. The pool table was great fun well into the night. The house itself is modern and recently renovated. I can't say enough about the stay. We had a great trip even after the skiing was done. Thank you Jackie and Mike. If we come back your way again and the place is available there is no doubt in our minds that we would love to stay again!! If I could rate this stay 10 stars, I would."

"I invited my extended family for a long weekend away and this home in Weston was really the perfect host for it. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, there were a few areas to hang out - just off the kitchen there are two sitting areas that are great for socializing (especially with the cooks or at cocktail hour) or reading, and at the other end of the house is a TV and game room, so even a large group can enjoy the house comfortably. The kitchen and dining area is really well set up for a large group cooking and eating in, with plenty of dishes, flatware, and unique pottery serving bowls. My family kept remarking on how at home they felt, and even though there was plenty of space for eight of us (and really plenty more) that it always felt cozy (and it was a cold weekend!). Skiing, snowshoeing, cross country, hiking, shopping, restaurants, groceries and markets are all nearby - it's really a great location.
Thanks so much to the owners for a great spot and for being wonderfully responsive and timely!
That said, no one better rent the week we want next year!"

"We stayed over New Years! Fabulous house. Everything very new. The master suite is on first level and has a great bath. There is a living area adjacent to the large kitchen which is very nice, the living area here has a pull out sofa which isn't stated in the listing - we didn't use it but it is there. Two other bedrooms on this main floor, with another bath. Downstairs there is a game room which has air hockey and a pool table, and in a another less finished area there is ping pong. There are two well appointed bedrooms downstairs, and a futon in the game room. Both downstair bedrooms have two twins, and one of those rooms also has a futon. We were 3 couples each with 2 kids, and everyone had plenty of room. Kids really enjoyed all the game tables. downstairs TV in game room too. All baths new. Whole house is very light, lots of sun through big windows. It is very close to Okemo. 5 minute ride to base lodge parking at Okemo. The owners could not be nicer. Very accessible, called to check we were OK, called after our stay to see if it met our expectations."

"We wanted to live a family experience in countryside with our kids. We couldn't expect more than staying at Marty and Carol's place. First they are lovely people and very helpful. Second there is a lot of space for kids to play outside safely, discovering works on a farm, animals (there are a lot, ducks, hens, pigs, chicks and friendly dogs) and picking their own blueberries. Thank you Marty for being so patient with their one hundred questions per day! And we love the little private garden to pick up our own salad or veggies! The one bedroom was a little tiny for our four people family, but it was very quiet, well equipped and so convenient."
