"My group and I really enjoyed the house, the near by town, and the mountain. After a day of skiing, the house offered our whole group plenty of room to hang out, eat dinner, play games even sing some karaoke! Bedrooms were very comfortable and the 5 bathrooms were a great feature. All in all exactly what we were looking for in a rental to get away from the city and embrace what Vermont has to offer."

"This home was perfect for our two families with 4 adults and 4 kids, ranging in age from 7 to 20 yrs old. The house is very clean and well appointed and the Stowe Mtn Resort is an easy 10-15 minute drive away. There are lots of nearby restaurants if you want a night out, but we generally selected to tuck in after a long day of skiing and cook for ourselves. We found time for ice-skating and sledding in Stowe Village, and did make one trip to Piecasso for pizza and drinks, which was very enjoyable. (The sledding hill is behind the elementary school and it's a fun run, but for kids I suggest wearing ski helmets for this hill). There wasn't enough snow on the ground to do an cross-country skiing this trip but looking forward to it next time. Our hosts Janice and Lee were prompt and attentive to all our questions and concerns. We would definitely stay with them again."

"Couldn't have asked for a cuter 5th anniversary. It was a great spot - so quiet and serene, and exactly what we needed to get away from our hectic lives! Abby met us down by the pond when we got in, and otherwise we were by ourselves in the woods. We came to the cabin expecting to lock ourselves down for a few days, but instead we just turned off our cell phones and explored town the first two days. Stowe is too perfect to not explore. We had a couple nice dinners out, made a quick trip to Magic Hat Brewery in Burlington, and stayed in the last day to play board games, hike around the pond, and drink up our Magic Hat. What a great experience! The grocery store was close by, and we were able to grill on the front porch. Best of all, we were able to bring our dog! She loved it, and none of us has ever slept as well as we slept this past weekend. Can't wait to come back during the winter months!"
