  • Wonderful Accommodations in Stowe!

"My wife and I just hosted a family reunion, and we could not have been more pleased! We had family members travel from Maine, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island, as well as a few Vermonters! The house is equipped as advertised, there were no issues or surprises. It is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is new and well appointed. There is no need to bring anything with you except groceries and beverages. All flatware, plates, pans, coffee maker etc. are provided. The living room is huge, and there is a large leather sectional, as well as several additional chairs. Plenty of seating for all. Even though we visited in June, we did have a cool Vermont evening (45) and enjoyed sitting around the fireplace. The kids enjoyed Smores as well! (Ok, so did a few adults) We slept 11, and all were comfortable. The 6 bedrooms are all various sizes, and are a mix of king, queen, and twin beds. That combination was perfect for us. There is also a day bed in the pool room that we did not use. There are 3 full baths, and that is helpful when you are trying to get 11 people out the door for activities in the morning. The pool table was a nice bonus, as well as the hot tub. We enjoyed both. I won't get in to our daily activities, if you are planning a trip to Stowe, you already know it is beautiful year round, and the many various activities the area has to offer. We stayed busy exploring, hiking, shopping, golfing etc., and we all went to bed exhausted each night! The owner is friendly, and he was easy to communicate with throughout the reservation/rental process. It was obvious to me that he has a genuine attachment to the Stowe area, and that he wants his renters to have a great experience. There is always a certain amount of risk when you book a vacation spot for the 1st time. That was not the case here. We were completely satisfied. We will be returning at some point I am sure. I guess the only negative that I take away from the whole experience would be that Diane wants to remodel our kitchen now!"

  • Wonderful condo!

"This is a beautiful condo. It's well maintained and has charming decor. The back deck is lovely! The kitchen is well supplied with most any kind of pan and utensil to cook anything your heart desires. And there are many charming restaurants and shops nearby. The views from the front deck and the whole setting there is cozy, magnificent and perfectly Vermont! This is from someone who grew up in Vermont and holds it dear to my heart. We would highly recommend "Skyview" condo to anyone."

  • Perfect Vacation Spot

"Perfect place to decide if you want peace and quiet at the condo listening to the birds sing, or head off to the close by action spots for shopping, dining, skiing, hiking, biking, etc. We spent an amazing week at the beautifully decorated and well equipped condo. We walked several mornings on the nearby recreation path and enjoyed the Balloon Fest across the road at the Stoweflake Resort. Found several great restaurants, but also enjoyed casual meals on the lovely deck. We recommend the condo for any time of the year."

  • Great vacation!!

"Stayed in Phil and Anne's condo for four great days and lovely evenings. Views are amazing from the balcony. Spent many hours sitting out and just reading and enjoying the views. Condo had everything you could ask for and having Wi-Fi was great. didn't need to use but the washer/dryer being right in the unit has to be a blessing for those long term stays anytime of the year. Owners were very easy to work with in reserving and providing ongoing communication during the year. Hope to stay again next year."

Stowe Travel Tips

Stowe Lodging Is Great Any Time of Year

The village of Stowe, Vermont is actually a four-season resort town in the north-central region of the state. At the base of Mount Mansfield, you will find plenty of Stowe cabin rentals available throughout the year. A Vermont vacation would not be complete without a stay in a Stowe lodging, as the area is pristine and perfect for the entire family.

Stowe Lodging Is Easy and Convenient

Getting around the village is not a problem whether you have a car or not. There is a free shuttle that runs between the village and the mountain which is ideal for skiers and hikers throughout the year. However, if you want to get out of your Stowe lodging choice and see the area, it may be best to rent a car or drive your own on this Vermont vacation.

What to See near Stowe Cabin Rentals

There is actually a lot to see and do in the Stowe area. For one, check out the Vermont Ski Museum which is just a short drive from most Stowe cabin rentals. The museum is free but accepts small donations for admission. You will also want to visit the Trapp Family Lodge of “The Sound of Music” fame. Other sites of interest during your stay in Stowe lodging may include the Cabot Cheese Outlet, Cold Hollow Cider Mill, and Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream Factory.

What to Do on Your Vermont Vacation

During your stay in Stowe cabin rentals, there will be no shortage of things to do! If you enjoy outdoor sports, this will be the perfect Vermont vacation. In the summer, you can enjoy golf, tennis, fishing, biking, hiking, horseback riding, back road touring, canoeing, and antiquing. In the winter, you will definitely want to go skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling, and visit some of the top-notch spas to relax at night.
