"I can not say enough positive things about this rental. Great location, you can walk to anywhere in town. I let my 4 teenage boys roam around and they loved it. Lots of space in the condo and a great layout for teenagers. Nice size rooms and nice condition. When I was checking in, I had a little problem finding the key location but the owner texted me in 5 minutes. And when we left, my son left his jacket in the condo. The owner sent it back to us in 2 days for no charge. Just a great time!!!!!!!"

"Perfect stay. I always dreamed of living on an Island but my dreams didn't include such palatial digs! This place was wonderful. I loved exploring the island. The history of the nearby town of Jamaica was also fun to explore. Karen (owner of grocer in Jamaica) helped put together the historical societies Jamaica Walking Tour book. She is a interesting story teller and knowledgable historian. The Jamaica State Park was beautiful. Never really needed to use the car (although I did) because the local scene was so rich. I loved learning about the Nearings from a local Jamaican and visiting the Nearings "starter home" which was a summer home of one of my greatest friends. Thanks. Your house was idyllic and in an idyllic place.
And now a list of special features we enjoyed: The wonderful river that roared after a good rain and gave us all restful sleeps, the shuffle board table was the best we ever played on, the pool table and downstairs bar were slick, The beds were cozy with nice fluffy duvets, each room was quiet, the big family table was great for family gabbing, the weber grill, the outdoor swimming hole, the fire-pit with tons of firewood. The great kitchen that accommodated multiple chefs. Thanks Very Much"

"Our typical gathering place for a group of 8 college friends became unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, so were in need of a last minute backup. The owners were quick to respond, and open to communication by email and phone before and after the trip when we had questions. Because we were all coming from different directions and at different times, the keyless entry a great benefit. This is a great area to stay, with lots of outdoor activities and a well stocked market nearby. The condo complex was very quiet in this off season, so we had the pool to ourselves.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the entry level, and separated from the rest of the living area, so the sleepers were not disturbed if fun went late or started early. The living area is cozy, with several low built-ins for sitting. This was a great area to lounge and socialize, and has low coffee tables that can be moved around if you want to play a game. The TV is an older flat screen CRT, but we weren't there to watch TV, so no big deal. The kitchen isn't meant for more than 1-2 people, but we found everything we needed, including a large electric griddle. The dining table was plenty big for the 8, and can probably comfortably fit 2 more. There are a variety of different chairs, with many being wobbly, and one broke when someone sat in it. The owner responded to this saying they were hoping to replace them before the ski season.
All in all, this had more space and beds than our original spot, so we are likely to become repeat renters."

"The ski house perfected. You can preview the conditions on near every run of Stratton through your binoculars before making the drive only a few minutes up the access Rd. to enjoy it first hand. The house is thoughtfully furnished with local pieces throughout. The kitchen is modern, well equipped and able to accommodate large groups. There is a ski room immediately off of the entry with a commercial boot and glove dryer that, along with all the space for equipment, really adds that extra touch of convenience to the whole experience. I have stayed here a number of times and it is always pristine, I look forward to my next trip up."
