"We have rented the house twice and each time we left we knew we would be back. The location is good, close to the mountains at the end of a private road just off the access road to Sugarbush North, perfect for walking the dogs. Each time we rented the house was clean and well equipped with no surprises. For our family with dogs and older kids, it was just what we needed, including a very nice hot tub, a good size living room for all to socialize in, and a room downstairs for kids to get away by themselves. The owner was very responsive and helpful when we called with questions."

"The Red Ski House was in a beautiful spot - the House was clean and we had all the amenities we needed. The owners were very accommodating and we enjoyed ourselves. The only thing to note is that the house is right off a main road so you will hear traffic throughout the day and into the night. However this issue is negligible and didn't take away from the overall experience. It's also worth noting that for an area with poor cell service, the wifi at the house was working great and able to handle several people connecting to it. We'd definitely rent from them again."

"Our family of four had a great ski vacation. It is the best ski resort we have been on the east cost. The propriety is at walking distance from the Sugarbush Mount Ellen lifts, which in my opinion are more interesting and less crowded than the Lincoln peak slopes (I grew up skining in the Swiss alps 2x per week). Well equipped kitchen, nicely decorated, great bedding, fantastic movie collection, fire place with as much wood as you would like. It felt like being at home. Anne and Pierre are very responsive, and pleasant. We will come back."

"This was a perfect property for my family of four and our four day, three night stay in Vermont in July. We were there so that I could run the Mad Marathon, and it was everything we needed it to be.
The kitchen is more than fully stocked with dishes, utensils, appliances, cookware and bakeware, and the local Shaw's supermarket (less than 10 minutes away) had everything we needed to cook in and save money on restaurants, not to mention be in control of my diet before my race!
The beds were very comfortable and the whole property was very clean, though a bit musty as you might expect when it isn't used as frequently in the summertime. A huge bonus was the washer and dryer - a stacked unit that can still handle good sized loads. Trust me when I say my *entire* family was grateful I was able to wash my race clothes before we headed home!!
An unexpected bonus was the game closet - the kids stayed entertained the entire time in large part because of the Outburst and Monopoly board games we found downstairs! The collection of DVDs was nice, too, and we enjoyed family movie night as I recovered from my race.
Super convenient to downtown Waitsfield, probably a 5-7 minute drive; only 30 minutes from Waterbury and about an hour from Burlington, where we went on a day trip on Monday. Great property, great value, and we would definitely stay again if we ever found ourselves in the heart of Vermont!"
