"This was a perfect property for my family of four and our four day, three night stay in Vermont in July. We were there so that I could run the Mad Marathon, and it was everything we needed it to be.
The kitchen is more than fully stocked with dishes, utensils, appliances, cookware and bakeware, and the local Shaw's supermarket (less than 10 minutes away) had everything we needed to cook in and save money on restaurants, not to mention be in control of my diet before my race!
The beds were very comfortable and the whole property was very clean, though a bit musty as you might expect when it isn't used as frequently in the summertime. A huge bonus was the washer and dryer - a stacked unit that can still handle good sized loads. Trust me when I say my *entire* family was grateful I was able to wash my race clothes before we headed home!!
An unexpected bonus was the game closet - the kids stayed entertained the entire time in large part because of the Outburst and Monopoly board games we found downstairs! The collection of DVDs was nice, too, and we enjoyed family movie night as I recovered from my race.
Super convenient to downtown Waitsfield, probably a 5-7 minute drive; only 30 minutes from Waterbury and about an hour from Burlington, where we went on a day trip on Monday. Great property, great value, and we would definitely stay again if we ever found ourselves in the heart of Vermont!"

"Stayed here with 2 young adult children and husband for alumni weekend at nearby university. Condo was very comfortable, quiet and well equipped. Convenient to Sugarbush and shopping in Waitsfield. Beds in living room as couches were a little uncomfortable for hanging out as a group, but we made it work! Owner was very helpful and easy to contact. Overall VERY happy with our stay and look forward to another trip :)"

"We stayed at the Apres Chalet for a Fall Weekend with family. Well appointed, very clean and well stocked for our stay we didnt want for a thing. Close to Sugarbush yet a lovely quiet spot to relax for a weekend - this luxury town-home exceeded our expectations. The owner and manager of the property were fantastic to work with- we look forward to visiting again soon!"

"We are 10 Norwich University alumnae, class of '64. This place was perfect for our annual trip back to the area. It was clean, comfortable and well maintained. It has everything you need for a carefree stay. Charlie, the owner, is a pleasure to deal with. We've been doing this trip for many years and this is the best place I've found. No one had any complaints. It's simply a great old house. You'll love it. We'll be back."
