Review for the condo!
"Great condo nearby the mountain! (only 3 miles). We had everything we need in the condo (from cooking ustensils to bath sheets). The condo itself is small, but we had enough space for the 4 of us (4 adults). I found the place very safe, with the combination and the hidden key in a lock. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working :-/ Also, the place was really cold when we first came in. Except those two points above, everything was perfect! We slept very well - very cozy place. Also, the owner was really easy to talk to and we had great communication! Overall, I recommend this place without a doubt!"

"A friend and I booked this cottage for a girls' getaway and a weekend of relaxation. We found it to be centrally located for all our outings in Waitsfield and Waterbury. The beds, sheets, pillows, and blankets are so cozy and comfortable -- I had the best night's sleep in a long time. For city folk, be prepared to be greeted by chickens on the front porch and hear them clucking away outside. As someone who grew up visiting my grandparents' farm, it brought me right back to my childhood. It was warm enough that we took a quick dip in the neighboring river and managed to: Have breakfast at The Big Picture Theater (top 5 breakfasts of my LIFE -- a must!), flea and farmer's markets in Waitsfield (a must if you are only there for the weekend and want to sample the local flavors and arts), the Ben & Jerry's factory, Cabot Annex and nearby distillery, Cider House & wine shop, antique shops, before ending our night at the cottage doing manicures and watching Harry Potter. Such a wonderfully relaxing weekend! Would love to come back in the fall for hiking or the winter for skiing! Pat was so kind, very responsive, and gave us a call to let us know my friend left her sweatshirt and had it ready when we came back around to retrieve it."

"Stayed here with my wife and two small terriers for a quiet week in August 2015. This place was nicely secluded along an unpaved road on a wooded hillside, though only 5 minutes from Waitsfield. The house was clean and well stocked with a nicely updated interior and a pleasantly landscaped yard with herbs, other fragrant plants and a few fruit trees. We liked the central location, I played golf at Sugarbush and we relaxed around the Mad River valley, but made excursions to Stowe, Woodstock, and Burlington, and Montpelier as well. We would love to return someday."

"We enjoyed a wonderful weekend getaway with the family at this beautiful house in Waitsfield. Close to Mad River and Sugarbush, the location could not be more ideal. The setting is wonderful surrounded by 20 acres and close to hiking and cross country ski trails. The house is pristine with a great kitchen and a great fireplace (critical!). Lots of bedrooms and bunks for adults and kids. Great front porch for breathing the fresh air and enjoying the views."
