  • The PERFECT home away from home

"My first time renting on VRBO didn't disappoint. I did my homework on the area and the many houses that surrounded it and I settled on Donna's. Ladies and gentleman, this house is perfect in so many ways. Pictures cannot due justice of just how much room the house actually has. I had 13 people all between the ages of 24-31 stay in the house. It fit everyone comfortably with no issues. The "Great Room" (Shuffleboard, fireplace, etc.) was the place my crew and I spent the most time. Also, brand new for December 2014 is a state of the art hot tub. We fit 6 people comfortably in there. We incorporated family dinners every night as well and with top notch appliances (Viking Stove, Bosh dishwasher + Bosh laundry units), everything was easy. Sugarbush Ski Resort is 1/4 away along with any other hidden gems. Upon reservation completion, Donna sends you a list of spots (restaurants, bars and activities) incase you have never been here. I visited the the "Castlerock Pub" and "Timbers"…both great spots at the resort right down then street. I have been here before before so my crew and I also hiked some trails near Blueberry Lake and stopped at the Warren waterfalls. With a nice cozy house and fire every night, this weekend was a perfect weekend getaway for my crew and I from Boston, MA. Will rent again! Thanks Donna."

  • Roomy & Comfortable

"I rented this property for my bridal party during my wedding weekend and it perfectly fit our needs. There were beds to spare even with 12+ people staying over, and we weren't tripping all over each other the whole time. The owner is very easy to communicate with, as is the property manager, and I received detailed instructions with important details and expectations which answered any and all questions I had during my stay. The house itself is cute and country and very well stocked with dishes and cookware, utensils, spices and basic cooking supplies, linens and towels, plus a lot of extras like a big hot tub, a fire pit, a ping pong table, multiple grills, and flat screen TV's in multiple rooms. The only worry I had was that there is a tenant who lives above the garage in an apartment separate from the main house, but they were very accommodating and we very rarely even caught a glimpse of them. Overall I would highly recommend this property especially to those looking to house large parties!"

  • Fabulous Ski House for Family Vacation

"What a great house! We had everything we needed for our ski holiday. We love to cook and the kitchen was wonderfully equipped. There were ample sheets, blankets and pillows. The beds were really comfortable and we all slept well and skied hard every day. We really enjoyed relaxing in the living room with a lovely fire in the wood stove and plenty of space for playing board games and watching tv. As a large family it was so convenient to have a washer and dryer in the house. The mudroom was crucial to taking care of and storing our ski gear each night. It seems everything was thought of. We had a great vacation and look forward to coming back to the Red Ski House next winter."

  • Secluded Perfection

"Not only is this house situated on beautiful hilly landscapes, it has two fields on opposite sides of the house, lending plenty of space for a round-table fire pit. Look for the lunar moths set against a starry backdrop. It's as if you could reach out and touch the stars, they appear so close. The interior is meticulously beautiful. The house spares no amenity, complete with large jacuzzi tubs in most rooms, stand-up showers, sauna and lap pool. The cozy warm decor is inviting with its log cabin design. The area offers many recreational activities. We were there for three nights and were able to get in cliff diving, rugged mountain biking and reservoir kayaking. We had an amazing time."
