  • Wonderful spot

"I can't imagine staying anywhere else when we come to Vermont. The warmth and charm of this condo is like a home away from home. The amenities Top Notch Resort offers are first rate and Stowe is a great year around destination. Whether you ski, bike, run, or pub crawl; Stowe is the place and this is the home to take it all in from. The owners are amazing. Love it all!!"

  • Another wonderful week in heaven!

"This was our second stay at this small slice of heaven, and we enjoyed the visit even more than the first time! Even when the weather makes it an indoor day, the view of the lake is beautiful; the design of the house means that you see the lake from wherever you choose to settle in this cozy house. Bring your own food, because a comprehensive grocery store is some miles away, but the full-sized kitchen has a very good collection of cooking and dining ware. Lots of stairs, so it wouldn't be a good choice for someone with mobility issues. The bed is extremely comfortable, which certainly isn't the case for many rentals! The new dock is a great place to sit, there's a good collection of kayaks available, and the lake is clean and beautiful. Oh, and the local caretaker is lovely. This is a lovely romantic spot, and it also would be a wonderful writer's retreat."

  • Fabulous time!

"Just returned from a 3 night stay at this home! It was perfect! Plenty of places to sleep! I would agree, the pictures do not show how much space there really is! The hot tub, poker and foos ball certainly added to the fun! 15 of us had plenty of space! We had dinner in on two of the nights and the kitchen was perfect! The kitchen table provided plenty of room for eating and playing games after! There's an xtra fridge in the garage for additional food, drinks that we used. Only one thing to note is that there is not a dishwasher! Thankfully we brought paper plates and plastic silverware which worked out! The last thing you want to do is dishes so keep this in mind! The conditions at Killington were fabulous!!! Could not have been better! The ride to the mountain from the house was short! Check out the new peak lodge at the summit!! Awesome! Would definitely rent this house again! Dealing with the owner, Vincent was seamless! Very good at answering all questions and keeping in touch before and after!"

  • Perfection!

"This place had it all! Our family had so much fun that my 18 month old was calling it "home" after we had only been there for 24 hours! It truly felt like a home. It was exactly what you hope for out of a ski house. High ceilings with wooden trim and wood on top of more wood coupled with wood burning fireplaces. It was the best family getaway in a long time and we are looking forward to doing it again in 2015. The location was tucked between the tall trees and was only a 5 minute walk (in ski boots) to a path where we were able to jump right onto the mountain. We parked the car when we arrived and did not touch it again until it was time to leave. We loved the ability to grille and use the hot tub and play board games and watch movies on some really nice televisions. It also snowed 9" just a couple of days before we arrived and it snowed again on 3/22 which made it even better. It was great to be able to take the dog for a walk without having to worry about cars flying by as well. We woke up and managed to catch the tail end of the sunrise one day as the snow flakes fell between the massive trees that surrounded us and it was incredibly beautiful and impressive. Honestly, as I am writing this I wish we were all back there right now."
